Immaculately renovated modern second-floor apartment with beautiful architectural touches throughout, one door down from State Street. The primary bedroom has a king bed and French doors leading out to a private balcony with seating. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with direct access to the balcony which wraps around the open-concept living and dining room. There are single steps throughout the apartment, marked with caution tape. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a single daybed with a trundle with access to the wraparound balcony. Both bathrooms have glass walk-in rain showers and large vanities. Includes a flat-screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. Many curated details and thoughtful touches complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara.

    Such a lovely place to connect with a growing family! Very accomodating for new baby and mom visiting family in Santa Barbara. All issues were addressed in a timely manner. This unit gave us space to interact together and to each have personal space. Would gladly stay here again!

    This place was stunning. Lots of room for a group of friends. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc! Staff was quick to answer questions. Walls are thin so need to be mindful of visitors below but that wasn’t an issue!

    We were very happy with our stay. The home on the second level of the building is stylish, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated with top line appliances and fixtures. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens and towels are high quality. The TV in the family room is great with comfortable seating. I wish there had been a tv in the master bedroom at least but that is more of a personal preference. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Street parking is fairly easy to manage although one evening we had to park more than a block away, but for the most part it was convenient. Communication and ease of entry was excellent. The location is great, just off State Street and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay in this property in the future.

    Spacious and modern, this place was a dream for a girls getaway. Loved the location as it was a short walking distance to cafes and shops at the north end of state street. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager.
