Great property - very clean and close to everything - it could maybe use some better lamps and warm lighting options would be my only nitpick but otherwise everything was perfect.

Gorgeous property. Very comfortable and relaxing. The parking spot was a bit small but I have a big minivan.

We came here with my family for just a quick 24-hr stay and it was AMAZING! It was everything AND MORE. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was also so central and made it so easy for us to get around town. The only thing is that we wish we could have stayed longer!

we rented several units in this property for my family to stay during my daughter’s wedding in Santa Barbara. It was a perfect location and unit eight was great for my daughter and her wedding party to get ready in..All of the units are very well appointed with water and coffee and necessities..

This place suited a family of 5 well with 2 kids sharing a room with a trundle. Located within walking distance of State Street shopping and restaurants. Very responsive and helpful property management staff.

Such a lovely place to connect with a growing family! Very accomodating for new baby and mom visiting family in Santa Barbara. All issues were addressed in a timely manner. This unit gave us space to interact together and to each have personal space. Would gladly stay here again!

Nice location inland from main drag. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Found free street parking each night, though might have walk a few blocks.

This place was stunning. Lots of room for a group of friends. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc! Staff was quick to answer questions. Walls are thin so need to be mindful of visitors below but that wasn’t an issue!

All was great, listing said garage was provided but not, and coffee maker didn’t work. Neither was earth shattering and I’m sure they will update and trade out for a new maker.

We were very happy with our stay. The home on the second level of the building is stylish, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated with top line appliances and fixtures. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens and towels are high quality. The TV in the family room is great with comfortable seating. I wish there had been a tv in the master bedroom at least but that is more of a personal preference. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Street parking is fairly easy to manage although one evening we had to park more than a block away, but for the most part it was convenient. Communication and ease of entry was excellent. The location is great, just off State Street and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay in this property in the future.

Spacious and modern, this place was a dream for a girls getaway. Loved the location as it was a short walking distance to cafes and shops at the north end of state street. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a group of 5. It was roomy, yet cozy and beautifully decorated. And the location is GREAT!

The place was so welcoming and had all the additional things we need. Very clean and a great space for a nice weekend away. Central to a number of great restaurants and town with lots to do. We wish we could have stayed longer!
