A quiet and at the same time very popular place during the summer period, above all for its proximity to the two best-known and most loved sandy beaches of the island: Fetovaia and Cavoli, but also for the fascinating wreck of the Elviscot, the cargo sunk in the 1972 and stranded today on the seabed a few meters from the Pomonte beach. Covered by the typical Mediterranean maquis, it offers wonderful views of the various inlets and the granite boulders of Monte Capanne behind it. We are in theheart of the Costa del Sole, the most beautiful coastal stretch of the island, about 10 km of coast with its golden sandy coves, in the south-west part of the island. It's not just the sea, it's also panoramas, scents, remains of ancient villages and green valleys.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Key collection takes place in our offices located in Portoferraio (Via Rodolfo Manganaro 104).
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Three-room apartment for 5/6 people
Delightful semi-detached house with independent entrance on the ground floor; it has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 1 person, double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with shower, mezzanine with single and a half bed, outdoor area equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water.

Important note:
- minimum age for check-in rate 21 years (family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets are allowed (max 10 kg), with a supplement of € 40 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
