This place is located on a hill side near a small village named Diano San Pietro and offers an amazing view as well as enough space for recreation for a family of 5. With 2 adults and 3 small kids we had the bigger one of 2 flats, and it was really perfect for all of us. Perfectly equipped like a hotel room with dish washer, washing machine, WiFi, linen, towels, quiet, clean, even toys for the kids outside), with lots of space on the patio, an additional small garden with a dining table, or in the owner's enhanced garden which even offered a pool and a direct view to the sea! Relaxing outside while enjoying the vista of a valley in the hinterland of Diano Marina / San Bartolomae with small villages, old churches, the sun setting over the hills, and the dogs barking was so wonderful that we already miss it. If you want to go to the beach you might have to calculate with a 15 mins. drive to various locations by the sea (for example, Cervo, or Diano Marina), the road leading directly to the site is more or less a path only which might be a bit tricky for a family mini van (distance warning was almost constantly on with ours...) , but there's a convenient parking lot nearby from where you can take a few steps up to the flat. A few kilometers down to the sea you'll pass by a big Basko supermarket, and there are some smaller alimentari nearby, one of them almost in walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place, especially when you are looking for something relaxing that's a little bit off the beaten path. The owners were very, very nice and charming, and we definitely felt at home for 2 wonderful weeks in Liguria. Thank you very much!
Absolutely friendly and helpful owner! The apartment is furnished very well with everything you need. And if you have any questions you can ask Roberta. Cute little, cozy sitting areas on the terrace and in the garden. Only the road is a little bit adventurous. ;) Good restaurants nearby. Swimming with dogs needs time because you have to go to Imperia for beach where dogs are allowed.
