Immaculately renovated upstairs studio in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.

This 303 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara.

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):

Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

## Tech

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## Neighborhood

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

    Overall the unit and the property were nice. There were small touches that improved the quality of our stay, check in and check out were very easy to navigate, and we appreciated having the parking lot in the back of the property. We stayed one night from Sunday to Monday in late October of 2024 and were glad it wasn’t for longer. The bed was comfortable but squeaky and the showerhead in the bathroom didn’t have one good setting for the water pressure. On Monday morning we were awoken by the construction going on directly across the street early in the morning which ruined the rest of our day in Santa Barbara because we were so tired. I appreciated how quickly customer service was eager to try to remedy the situation but this unit has a direct view of the construction site and I could not in good conscience recommend anyone else stay here while active construction is still going on.

    Came down to SB for the night for a friend’s bday celebration. Great location with a short distance walk to downtown SB. Very clean and modern room. I would definitely come back on the next trip if available.

    Very good location. Able to walk to funk zone area and downtown Santa Barbara no problem. They had all the amenities and little extras you can think of. They thought of everything! I’d definitely stay here again!

And WILL be staying here again. Such a pleasant place to stay feels so safe and luxurious. So close to down town, you can walk everywhere!

    I love Casa Jardin as an alternative to a hotel while staying in Santa Barbara. It’s always clean, quiet, convenient, and comfortable. Having EV charging on site is a huge bonus.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as advertised and the space was super clean and tidy. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed walking into town or strolling the surrounding neighborhoods. The hosts were amazing and very responsive, communicative, although we had no issues. The only thing to keep in mind is that this room is very close to the street and the street noise is audible during the day. However, at night there is almost no traffic and it did not bother us at all. We had a great stay and would happily stay here again. We loved it!

    The room was comfortable and clean with great proximity to the city. The customer support was incredible. They ensured we had a pack and play for our toddler, allowed us an early check in and late check out, and gave us a credit when there was construction going on the roof that was unexpected. We will definitely stay here again
