Immaculately renovated upstairs studio in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.

This 286 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara.

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):

Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

## Tech

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## Neighborhood

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

    This rental was exactly as advertised. It was nice, clean, and appeared to be newly renovated. Everything was in good working order, and the location was great. If you are very noise adverse, the thin walls may be an issue (very easy to hear neighbors even when they are talking at a relatively normal volume). However, white noise machines are avaliable in all the units for those who need them, which is a nice touch.

    Our room was clean, modern and inviting. Even though we were near the center of town, it was also very quiet. Everyone we spoke with regarding our reservation was so helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The only caveat I have is that with two adult women, it would have been great to have somewhere to put our clothes. There is a closet with hangers, but no drawers.

    A little expensive but it felt like I was at home! Very clean and comfortable. The bed was the best bed I’ve stayed in at a hotel before. Close enough to downtown but without as much noise and business.

    The minimalist decor provides a serene environment. The kitchenette served me well: I appreciated the refrigerator, microwave, open shelf, and the Nespresso machine was useful. Close to State Street, the Art Museum, parks, restaurants, and a short drive to Shoreline Drive for the beach and events. Thank you!
