Immaculately renovated downstairs studio with its own exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.

This 363 sqft king-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming,casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a shower/bathtub and a full kitchen with Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave & fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located next to the ice machine in the covered garage.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.

We do not provide daily cleaning, however we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than 5 days, upon appointment. Please reach out to our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):

Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot and additional parking spots in the covered garage on the right side of the building. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

    Loved the property. Clean, remodeled, spacious, and a full kitchen. Rooftop deck area was awesome to have. Walkable to so many things including the Wharf, beach, and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure.

    After reading many mixed reviews of hotels in the area, I found this VRBO listing. I am so happy I did! What you see is what you get. Very clean, walking distance to State street, kitchen stocked with everything you’d need for a short stay. Bike rentals down the block were great as well. Looking forward to checking out their other rentals!

    Amazing location and accommodation. Easy to park and walk around to explore all of Santa Barbara. We stayed before and after my half marathon and the bed was fantastic - I slept even better than home (would love to know the brand to get my own at home)! We reached out on how to work the AC unit and response time was impeccable. The only thing that occasionally was delayed, was the keyed in entry as we had to enter it a few times to get the door to unlock- such a minor inconvenience but the only on me we had during our two night stay.

    My best friend and I stayed here for a short girls getaway and loved it!! The location is perfect – a close walk downtown and a short drive to the beach. Everything was so clean, seemed freshly renovated and inviting. You can tell there was great thought put into the little things, like the tar wipes we didn’t know we’d need so badly after an afternoon at the beach. We also loved the rooftop to enjoy a drink on and do a quick workout with a view. Perfect little studio! I hope to be back soon!

    We enjoyed having a modern room with a kitchen, private entry. We had everything we needed in the room, in fact my husband is still talking about how comfortable the bed was. The biggest perk for us was that it was a short walk to downtown and the water, but in a peaceful neighborhood. Bonuses, friendly communication with staff and convenient free parking!
