The unit has been Immaculately renovated, with its upstairs exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. This 922 sqft, two bedroom, and two bathroom, fully equipped apartment features a full kitchen set in a large open space with the living room with a private terrace with a bistro table and chairs. The primary bedroom has a deluxe en suite bathroom with a deluxe bathtub. The second bedroom also features a king bed and has direct access to a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. This high-end unit includes all amenities to provide a comfortable short or longer stay for up to 6 guests, with two sleeping on the high-quality queen-size pull-out sofa. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a brand-new LG washer and dryer stack and ironing amenities.

The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.

The living room offers a 65 flat-screen Sony Bravia Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable) and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom has a 43 Sony Bravia with features similar to the living room TV. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs and features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Vertuo pods, sugar, sweetener, and coffee creamer are provided for your stay. Pets are welcome with a small fee per stay.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and parties or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located next to the ice machine in the covered garage.

*BABY / CHILD AMENITIES: Pack n' play and high chair are available and stored in the laundry room of the apartment.


## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS. There are stairs leading to the unit and no elevator.

We do not provide daily cleaning; however, we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than five days upon appointment. Please get in touch with our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):

Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot and additional parking spots in the covered garage on the right side of the building. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

    The place was so beautiful and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Furnished roof balcony was the plus of the whole thing.. we enjoyed drinking wine and talking, looking at stars. It was so peaceful.

    Casa De La Vina was the perfect choice for our stay in Santa Barbara! We were extremely comfortable in the two bedroom apartment with a private patio. The king beds were amazing; the decor was minimalistic which we loved. The living room tv was enormous and perfect for family tv night! The bathrooms and kitchen are huge and so well equipped! Washer and dryer, pack n play and high chair for the little ones and even cute dog bowls and games. We enjoyed the parking ease, and the self checkin. We really didn’t feel like conversing with anyone after a long drive from San Francisco and everything was just easy! One of my favorite parts of the property was the amazing roof terrace with plenty of seating and the views. We were just minutes walking from State street and really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood filled with cute architecture and plenty of fruit trees! This will be our go-to place to stay and we will recommend Casa De La Vina to all our friends and family! Thanks for hosting us!

    We really enjoyed our stay! It’s VERY clean, super nice, and very well located. It’s a quiet street, but still only a couple blocks from State Street. You can walk to Starbucks each morning just a few blocks away. We like to stay at high-end hotels and this was our perfect. Parking was great also!

    My family and I spent a few days here to get out of our house during a remodel. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, simple and clean. The perfect relaxing getaway that we needed. I would highly recommend a stay here. The stay was a bit pricey compared to what we usually spend on hotels/vacation rentals but the high end interior was worth the cost...The Nespresso machine and Nespresso coffee pods were a nice touch also.

    Beautiful, clean, spacious, bright and modern apartment. Had everything one could need for a trip to Santa Barbara. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable….even the pullout couch had a top notch mattress. The place was immaculately clean. The location is great! Definitely recommend.

    Fantastic apartment. Perfect location - easy to get to beach, shops and restaurants but on a lovely quiet street. Decor to a high standard and lots of useful little extras. Wish we had found it sooner to stay longer. Highly recommend. Thank you.
