Great location and perfect fit for our family vacation. Loved being able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host was very welcoming with nice perks like coffee and water bottles provided.

Visiting family in Carmel and found this amazing property last minute! From the check in process, communication leading up to our visit, and the property itself everything was 5 - and the location! Best location with off street parking! Will definitely be back and (reluctantly) shared this property with my family! Just hoping they dont book the week I want next year!

We had the best two-week stay at this property. Communication and check-in were great, and the place was well-equipped for our needs. The fridge had bottled water, coffee, and creamer waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and we had ample closet space. The best part was being in downtown Carmel

This property was perfect for 2 couples traveling with 2 king suites. It was clean and nicely furnished. A kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils and appliances. Steve was very responsive.

This is a great vacation rental. The unit is well appointed, tastefully decorated, very clean and everything works! It is also in a great location for walking access to the beach, the mission trail, restaurants and shops. The parking space is also a plus. I would highly recommend this unit.

Neat, clean, well thought out, and just as advertised. I still hate the VRBO deposits and bogus property damage required insurance...........hard to compete with hotels if you make it harder than your competition but this property is excellent.

You couldn't ask for a better location!! You are just walking minutes away from the restaurants, shops, beach, etc We didn't have to use our car once, it was perfect!! Everything was so clean and decorated beautifully!! We will definitely be back in the near future.

Owner should disclose that no air conditioning is available. It was plenty cool with the windows open, I feel this should be disclosed.

The property is in a great location, easy walking to restaurants, markets, coffee and easy walk down to the beach. The unit was very clean and modern, having everything we needed. The manager was easy to engage with. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay in Carmel for two couples. We loved the fact that it had two en-suite king sized bedrooms and a comfortable living space. The location could not have been better for exploring Carmel-by-the-sea. Would definitely recommend.
