Carignano Design Apartment 9 by Wonderful Italy

Two sets of keys should be provided and tea towels needed for kitchen area. Grout in the bathrooms need a deep clean. We were told at the property that the electricity would go off if two or more appliances were used at the same time!! This was concerning as the electricity could only be put back on within office hours!! The online house manual should clearly explain that when you are disposing of rubbish in the street bins, you need to press and hold the small button for a few seconds for the bin to open, no card is needed. (The instructions on the bin show that you need a special card)On a positive note, the beds were really comfortable, there were lots of bathroom towels of varying sizes and there was aircon (although this was better in some rooms than others). The apartment is a little far out, however there is a regular 35 bus service into the centre, takes less than 10minutes, costs 2 for 110minutes travel. The apartment is located in a quiet area so you get a peaceful sleep and there are a few supermarkets, a cashpoint, bakery, coffee shops and pizzeria within a few minutes walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Positive:Fairly clean , location is not that bad and close to restaurant,supermarket, cafe and public transportation , comfortable bedsresponsive host “during working hours only” - and customer service number no answer though I called during working hours3- apartment is ok and moderate but not luxury 4- private car parking- 10 euros per day non shadedNegative:1-Poor maintenance- AC in 2 rooms didn’t work the whole stay they failed to repair they offered fans but it wont do any better and the apartment details shows it has air conditioning as well as the photos ,, they gave an appointment for the AC technician to fix the problem one day before check out and when he arrived he is intending to setup the portable fans they delivered ealier and knows nothing about the AC with rude attitude ,, preventive maintenance and Quality Control at the apartment should be done before check in , apparently none of that took place they can hand you over the apartment in a better look and shape with a minimum effort, they offered a refund as a compensation but didn’t receive anything yet niether a confirmation from the host of refund any amount until writing this review 2-bathroom for master bedroom is too tight specially the shower you barely can move during the shower.3-be sure to take your copy of the keys to the meter room on the ground floor in case power cuts off due to high loads.4-Nothing special about the Balcony it is on the parking area and back of a high building
