Stayed Jun 30, 2023The apartment didn’t come up to our standards. The apartment needs major refurbishment and facilities are poor.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026Bob and Leslie were excellent hosts. Bob picked us up at the airport ( eventhough our flight was quite late) and stopped at a grocery store so we could pick up supplies for breakfast next day. On our way to the property, we realized we forgot to buy eggs. After checking in, Bob was at our door with 6 eggs to get us through the AM, until we could get groceries the next day!The apt. was clean, but dated. Everything you need was there. We were surprised by no hot water in the bathroom sinks ( cold was working fine) and both showers had adequate hot water from electrically heated shower heads.Leslie checked in twice to see if we had any issues, and when we explained the bottom broke out of our glass coffee press ( no coffee maker), it was immediately replaced. When the 2nd one broke, a coffee maker was supplied.Be prepared for some steep hills if you dont have a vehicle, or want to use taxis (25.00 ec) from the carneage to apt. Walking is an option, but its a workout! The view is great, and we spent a lot of our evenings on our balcony watching the ships and activities in the harbour. There is a Trinidadian restaurant right across the road. Everything is homemade by a husband & wife team. Food is fantastic, and portions are generous. Darrin & Mel ( the owners) are wonderful, friendly people. Its a must visit for sure!

Stayed Jun 18, 2023Casa Blanca is fabulous! And Bob and Leslie are the nicest hosts who live above you. P.S. The balls in the freezer were meatballs, I had used some of them in a spaghetti dish a few nights prior to us leaving… ;) The P.S. was for the owners. Lol

Stayed Nov 3, 2021We stayed at St. Georges for 10 days and had a wonderful stay. The view from our apartment was spectacular and the facility was top notch. Our hosts were very helpful, courteous and by the time we had to leave, it felt like we'd known them for years. When we arrived, the Grenada Health Ministry required us to quarantine for 2 days and our hosts stocked our apartment with food that we had requested in advance. They even assisted getting our dinner order delivered from the restaurant across the street from the apartment, which was very convenient. We were able to see the island freely from this central location after the quarantine was over. The dedicated parking space for our rental car was a nice feature too. The next time we visit Grenada, we're staying here again.

Stayed Feb 3, 2020Bernard's apartment was perfect for our week in Grenada. Comfortable and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the market, carenage, cruise ship port and, best of all, the Yacht Club. The views from the apartment were a continuous entertainment: cruise ships, container ships, super yachts, plus all the smaller craft whizzing in and out of the Port Louis Marina. Buses were available to take us to the Grand Anse beach (we loved the Umbrella Bar) but we also used taxis, which didn't seem outrageously expensive. All in all, a great place to stay on a magical island.

Stayed Oct 18, 2018The rental is ideally located for access to the city and outlying areas. It's a plus to have off street parking in the city. The two bedroom unit is spacious with adequate furnishings but some updating would enhance the space..

Stayed Jul 5, 2018I wanted to spend a week in the town of St. George's. This is a great location to do so, with a nice view. You're in town, which means it can be a little noisy in daytime and music in the evening, but it didn't annoy me at all. And miracle . . . . Grenadians go to bed early to get up early. On a certain moment, de town is dead silent! Great! The host, Bernard, is a super friendly and very helpful. There were two downsides. The apartment deserves to be cleaned much better. I started cleaning myself! The other thing: I like to cook and prepare my own healthy meals. The kitchen facilities were a casual collection of left over forks & knives and pots & pans and the like. It was OK to cook with, but not pleasant to work with. If these two problems were solved I would recommend the place to people who want to stay in town for a little while and explore the streets of St. George's and the numerous little alleyways and stairs that connect the streets. Plus: I didn't need a car, I took buses, which leave from the bus station 10 minutes away. Another Grenadian experience!
