Cape May Point area near the Hawkwatch/lighthouse/beaches/land conservancy

Lovely spot, easy drive to the Point beaches and to town, although we also considered it an easy walk to the lighthouse. Clean, quiet and comfortable…would recommend and would stay again.

This location was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and met our needs perfectly. The host was extremely pleasant to work with being very flexible with our situation. I hope to rent again in the future. Our host provided us with great information about the area prior to our arrival which was very helpful. She really went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful! I would rate a 10 star if that were possible.

We were pleased with our November stay in the Cape May carriage house. The under floor heating was warm and cozy while the wind whipped outside. Actually, most days we were able to bundle up and enjoy the beaches, having nice long walks without any crowds. The house was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Clearly the hosts are orientated towards quests comfort.

We loved our stay!! The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owners gave us so many fantastic recommendations for what to do and see! We loved the location!! We loved walking to Cape May point state park, the trails were lovely and we saw so many birds! We are hoping to come back for the spring migration. We loved walking on the cape may boardwalk and walking through the town! It was so peaceful in the off season!! We had such a lovely time and would come back here again!!

For us birders the location was perfect. Very comfortable, beautiful apartment. Comfortable seating. I could walk with my carsick prone dog to the lighthouse and hawk watch. Convenient to restaurants. Kitchen is very nicely stocked.

Quiet location. Availability of bikes were a great perk!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Very clean and owner was very available for questions. Great location to the beach plum farm and willow creek winery. Feels secluded with close proximity to great restaurants and beaches and light house. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! So clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to vacation in Cape May and we will definitely be coming back. Great location, easy to get to everything in town but had the peace in quiet being right outside of all the busy downtown life.

Great location

My stay was great! Mom and I visited Cape May to mostly do some birding but also see some of historic Cape May and south Jersey. We had a blast and this apartment was perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The owners were wonderfully nice and thoughtful people. I would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, private, and a 3 minute Drive from many of the key birding spots. A hop and a skip away from the Cape May Bord Observatory. Wonderful stay!

Great overall experience. We stayed for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. We love winter in Cape May. Many of the shops are still open and all of the great restaurants.

Kay and John’s thoughtfully renovated apartment is meticulously cared for and a perfect beach living oasis. The cottage charm combined with sitting above the garage with tree lined windows was not unlike spending the weekend in a large treehouse! The location down a long driveway also offered a very private experience which is so increasingly rare in beach towns. This is a must stay for couples who are looking for proximity to town without the foot traffic, with a half mile bike ride to the cape May point beaches and light house. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment for a long weekend of birding and beaching. The apartment was perfect, comfortable, cozy, roomy, very clean and had everything we needed. The location near the point was perfect and close to all the activities we were interested in as well as town.The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning ourselves next year. All in all a great experience!!
