A Home to Relax and Unwind
This is a compact, cleverly designed second-floor studio where pale wood floors, palm-print wallpaper, and pops of mustard yellow set a bright, playful mood. The L-shaped window bench is piled with patterned cushions and made for slow mornings with a coffee, while the wall-mounted Smart TV takes care of quiet evenings in. Fresh roses, plush towels, and a welcome treat greet you on arrival.

The Layout

• Living area: Open-plan space with three tall canal-facing windows, an L-shaped padded window bench with mustard side stools, wall-mounted Smart TV, and bright tropical-print accent wall.

• Kitchen: Compact white kitchenette with black countertop, sink, small hob, kettle, and tea tray. Best suited to light meals, breakfasts, and drinks rather than full cooking.

• Bedroom 1: Tucked-away sleeping nook with a comfortable double bed, crisp white linens, warm wall reading lights, a small book shelf, coat rack, and full-length mirror.

• Bathroom: Sleek en-suite with a walk-in shower behind glass, stone-look tiling, lit mirror, wall-hung toilet, and hotel-style toiletries.

Please note that the staircase is very steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Location
You`re on the Prinsengracht in the Jordaan, one of Amsterdam`s most photographed neighbourhoods, where narrow canals, gabled houses, and bike-lined bridges set the scene. Independent boutiques, brown cafés, and hidden hofjes courtyards are all within a short stroll, and central Amsterdam unfolds easily on foot or by bike.

The studio is conveniently located just a short walk from Kikki`s Bar, one of the most popular spots in the area. Kikki`s has built a real reputation for itself, it was even featured on Top Jaw, the well-known food and drink review series.

Good to Know Before You Book
The studio is on the second floor of a historic canal building, accessed by a steep, narrow Dutch staircase typical of these properties. There is no lift. The kitchen is compact with a small hob and sink, designed for light meals rather than full cooking. Being directly on the Prinsengracht, you may hear some street and canal activity during the day, though evenings are quieter. Maximum 2 guests at all times, including visitors. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events. Please remove your shoes inside to protect the pale wood flooring. There is no parking at the property; the nearest public car park is Q-Park Europarking on Marnixstraat, about 5 minutes` walk away, with daily rates applying. Self check-in is via a lockbox at street level, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
