CANAL DREAM cozy apartment with lovely canal view

Spotless apartment. Everyone you need was there. Quiet location. Very close to everything. Would definitely consider staying there again.

We love being a little away from Grand Canal but also able to access “the busier areas” with a short walk (or boat ride). Location is also excellent if you are coming from airport since it is very close. the first stop “Nove” stop is also a short ride to Mursno and Lido. The unit is on a small canal with big open windows but also relatively quiet when windows are shut…..but then again we would only hear one or two motor boats per day. The apartment is very large for Venus, and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. We will stay again!

Great little place. We really enjoyed it.

The apartment was perfect. Plenty of space and very comfortable. It on the first floor, and has plenty of light. It is very convenient to the major attraction and has excellent restraint within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The water taxi is only 2 min away and the water bus 4 min. Best of all was the host, Andrea. He responds quickly and cheerfully and is incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend Canal Dreams.

We had a great stay at our apartment in Venice. Great communication with the rental company. They provided such great recommendations for traveling within the city, visiting the other islands, and making our travel connections. It was seamless. The apartment was simple but suited our needs. The remote does not work, but we don’t watch tv, so this was not a problem. We loved the neighborhood. A short walk to the water bus stations and a little longer to all the busy neighborhoods. We would have liked to drop our luggage off earlier. Not to check in, but to just get rid of it all after traveling for such a long time, but this was not to be accommodated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Away from busy part of the city. Make sure to make reservation for dinner and check open and close times.

We chose this apartment because we knew it would be crowded during the Venice Film Festival. It really could not have been more perfect! We had a view of a quiet canal just five minutes from the water bus line. As a result, we didn't have to drag our luggage all through Venice. The apartment felt like home. It was quiet, clean, and ideal for my husband and me. We had all the amenities we needed and were able to enjoy a quiet, romantic breakfast before we tackled the sightseeing. (we found a market that was just a 3-minute walk) We were a short walking distance from San Marco Square and all the museums. And, being close to the water bus line, we could quickly grab a water bus to Murano and Burano. Also, we were just a few minutes of walking from some of the best restaurants that Venice has to offer. (Who am I kidding, Venice has ALL the best restaurants!) Contact with the management company was a breeze, and they helped us our first night when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the stove. :D We had hot showers, the bathroom and kitchen were perfectly stocked, and the washing machine came in handy! We really could not have picked a better place to stay in Venezia! We will definitely come back to the Canal Dream soon! Grazie Canal Dream!!
