-Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all the household items necessary for cooking.

- Spacious master bedroom located at the top with the charm of a sloping ceiling, accessed by stairs, 160x200 cm double bed and wardrobe.

- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink and mirror.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (gel) and coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of water. The neighborhood:

Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. XIX and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is the currently fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that the importance of the traditional and the authentic has generated. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places to go for beers and tapas.



All this without leaving aside the privilege of being 10 minutes walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specialized in paella, market on the promenade...)
