Absolutely excellent apartment exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great communication with the host and brilliant meet and greet service at the boat terminal at Rialto Bridge. Literally 1 minute to Realto Bridge and all the conveniences you will need. One thing to note though, this apartment is on the top floor with about 40 steps and no lift so may not work for those less mobile. We loved it and would highly recommend if you want to stay in the centre of Venice at a home from home.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything we wanted and tourist spots, but was very quiet in the apartment. It was very roomy and safe. And very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great location and the hosts were up until 1:30am helping us get in as our flight was late. the only thing to note, is this is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues, this is not the place to stay.

Excellent location near Rialto Bridge

Located on a very busy street so it can be difficult with suitcases. There was no mattress. There was a box spring and a foam matt. So it was extremely uncomfortable. The uncomfortable bed really ruined it for us. Otherwise the apartment would have been nice.

Excellent contactless check in and communication with the host. The apartment was better than the pictures and nice to come home to a quiet place after exploring the chaos of Venice all day!

The host was very quick to respond and extremely caring and helpful. There were lots of shops and amazing restaurants. We did three excursions and could easily walk everywhere!!

The apartment is in a perfect location and quite spacious. The walks to all of Venice's sites were always within 15 minutes. Gilberto was very communicative and easy to work with. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

Great communication from owner regarding the reservation and made the check in process easy. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was huge. If I were to go back to Venice I would stay again for sure.

Great place, great location. Just keep in mind that you must go about 4 flights of stairs! The location and the coziness of the apartment really makes it all worth it.

The location was perfect, easy walking to all things Venice. We were able to come drop off our things early, but the place itself was not ready until well after the scheduled time. The owners had trouble with the cleaning people and ended up coming to clean the place themselves. They were very apologetic and left us a bottle of Prosecco and waived the cleaning fee. Other than that, the directions to the place with pictures and codes made getting to the apartment and getting in a breeze. We had a lovely time.

This place was fantastic. A really cozy vibe and authentic Venice experience. It’s very close to the Rialto bridge, which makes navigating Venice easier. Would highly recommend staying here.

Walk from train station was about 15-20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Property was clean, safe, and owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Besides some mosquitos being present in the room, the stay was lovely and very close to the Rialto Bridge.

Very clean, great location, excellent hosts who helped us with arrangements for the train, the Alilaguna and vaporetto and again in general getting around as we had no experience traveling in Europe.

This apartment was truly close to everything. Perfect for our visit to Venice. Crepes and Gelato near by as well as Coffee for in the morning. Beds and amenities as described. More than we needed for 3 days. Loved it.

Super clean and functional apartment in a tremendous location. Shopping, restaurants and water very close and we loved this area. We loved the entire experience, EXCEPT, the 4th floor walk-up. 42 narrow stairs up to this apartment. We just happen to have to many pieces of luggage and at our age this was a chore. Mgr, alerted us to a Porter Service down on the docks, but this was after we were already at the location. We will definitely stay here again on future visits with less luggage. Great owner/operator to work with and book and provided great service to us. Also Rental Mgr was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Lovely stay in Venice the apartment was very close walking distance to the Rialto Bridge also close to vapporetto transportation. Check in was very easy and the apartment had everything we needed.

The apartment was in a great central location and had all of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. There seemed to be something off with the plumbing, as the toilet and bathroom had a rather stale smell, but other than that, the place was great!
