In Lerici, in the recently redeveloped central Piazza Battisti, Cà da Bruna is located on the third floor of the historic building dating back to the 15th century.
It is a house with a view of the Gulf of Poets, a real pearl with its balcony for breakfast or an aperitif at sunset, a small oasis with the gardens in front and the castle overlooking the gulf, strong and protective .
From the square, passing in front of a vegetable store who with his first fruits whets the appetite,climb 3 short flights of stairs and enter the Cà da Bruna, so called in the name of a strong and austere lericina.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, small washing machine, hairdryer, 40 lt boiler for hot water, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a small wardrobe and a French bed (140 x 200 cm), in the living room with kitchenette the sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (160x180 cm). The bedroom has a window on the characteristic alley of the Sare from where early in the morning the sun enters, in the living room two French windows overlook the small terrace and in the center of Lerici, exposed to the South-West they let the salty salt enter from the sea.
