Was as expected. Could use a fresh coat of paint and the common room are small small, but served our needs just right. Price was fine.

The property itself was a cool historical building with bright murals. Loved the themed rooms. The property had a bad smell the entire time (think sewer). The king was loud and shaky.

The location and condo were Perfect!!!! The owners helped with a small situation immediately and I would highly recommend booking with them. Staying right downtown was truly awesome and the condo was stocked, clean and so much fun!

Great stay, great house, very clean

Well I hate to give a bad review something I’ve never done . But first at showing up to the property it was really cold in the building . Then I noticed that they only had small wall mounted space heaters for the main heat source . It was around 20 degrees outside and strong winds . The curtains actually moved when the wind blew . Needless to say it was freezing. Second thing I noticed was the picture they had posted of the property was definitely nicer than the property actually was . I’m a contractor and always notice stuff but I’m not judgmental of others properties but this was definitely treated like a low end rental property. They didn’t fix any defects in the wall or make any repairs they just painted over everything. The nicest things on the property was the mural and hand full of pictures they hung . Pipes running from the floor to the ceiling and the spray foam around them and just hanging down from the ceiling . When I walked in I noticed some electrical by the washer and dryer definitely sketchy at best . No cover plate on the one outlet . The dryer plug , needed to be longer than current location. So someone just extended it with a wire nut connection exposed and it was 12/2 wire , which is completely under sized for a dryer and would be a fire hazard. . This was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at . And I believe the building was an apartment building And have no idea how this place had good reviews. This is equivalent to a low end hotel at best . Avoid

The property was awesome and good to host 3 families. Host was also very respectful and responsive. Would love to return back during the next season

We have stayed here twice now and both times have had an amazing stay. Very clean, well stocked, good linens. Easy parking and great location. We were visiting for a trip to Cedar Point and it’s a close drive to the park. I will continue to stay here every year as long as it is available.

Great downtown location.

My family and sister’s family wanted a home base hub while visiting Cedar Point for the 4th of July. This spot offered a place to rest and refresh that was close to the amusement park. It had everything we needed, ample bed space, the bedrooms were spacious and even had fun accommodations for guests to enjoy. Though, the apartments have been remodeled, they had a lot of integrity and beauty that comes with older architecture and that was quite enjoyable as well. The solid wood and beauty in the ceilings and door frames offered so much charm!Everyone came away from our mini get away with smiles and memories to last. Thank you for sharing the space with us.

We had a great experience at this property and plan to book with this host again next year. Mimi was fantastic at communicating, providing literally everything and making everything very easy for us! We love Sandusky and will continue to return and staying in one of Mimi’s properties will likely become a family tradition.

The place is nice and in the middle of town so easy to get to other place you need to go… also the vibe was good!!

Only sleep here but accommodation were great!

Was the perfect place to stay for once a year get together. Could walk to many local hot spots. Easy communication with owner and described perfectly by pictures. We will recommend to others.

In town for a volleyball tournament, it was way cheaper for a couple families to stay here than two hotel rooms!!

Location is perfect and the place is awesome. Everything you need is there. The arcade and game room got a lot of use as well. We all enjoyed the place and the proximity to everything there is to do!!!!

It was very clean, roomy, lots of fun stuff, convenient location, about 15 minutes away from most things. The dart board & multi game arcade was definitely awesome

This is hands down the best stocked rental I’ve ever seen. Not only basic supplies like coffee fixings, but ninja blender, instapot, and just so many extras. Most rentals try to cut corners but this place has everything you could possibly think of. The location is great - close to Cedar Point, walkable to downtown Sandusky, and the lake. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment for an October weekend to attend Cedar Point's Halloweekends. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much! The park was an easy, short 10 minutes away. Located right downtown, we were within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The downtown also has a nice park on the water for watching sunrises, sunsets or fishermen :). Parking is right out front for one car with easy alternative parking for additional cars. The apartment itself was a good size with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. They had many pillow types for a variety of options for you as well. The main living area had comfortable seating and fun options for fun while spending time inside (darts, ping pong, foosball, and an arcade game loaded with a full list of games). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need. They are also very generous and stock coffee pods and coffee packs if you want a full pot. The cleanliness was great. Linens were well washed, and floors and surfaces were very clean. I felt as comfortable with the cleanliness as I do in my own home. If I am to list a negative, the walls/windows are very thin and you can hear the road noise and building noise from other tenants. For us, it was very easy to get used to and did not impact our stay. They are pet friendly and we saw other pets in the building, but there was no evidence that pets have soiled the appt. Overall - would highly recommend to others!

Close to Cedar Point, as advertised

Celebrated husband’s birthday in Cedar Point and it was in a perfect location. The next day walked the dog by the lake and so many places to eat with a view. My husband and my adult kids even my dog enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Had everything we needed for a nice weekly stay!!
