Reviewer Comments: Great location, appliances need updating ie vacuum cleaner, washing machine, kettle, BBQ only 1 side worked, needed a sandwich maker.

The kitchen was very well appointed - open and airy. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was great for outdoor lunches. Overall very clean and the location - easy walk to the beach (250m). I would have liked a TV in the bedroom.

We did have an issue with a shower leakage, however once we let The Bay Holiday Properties know, they were on top of it and sent a plumber out the same day. I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family of 5. Only a coup-le of minutes stroll to a lovely quiet part of Shaol Bay beach between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. We would definitely stay here again.
