As said the location of this appartment is perfect. Close to the park and downtown. The appartment is comfy but the bathroom could use an update. But again, the location is fantastic.
We loved the place. It was priced reasonable and didn’t have any issues. Great location in historic district away from crowds and noise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is incredibly charming and provided us with a perfect location to explore Savannah. Located on the south side of Chatham Square we loved the location, and our initial impression of the unit was good. You get the feeling of what it is like to be a local. As charming as the unit is, we feel that it could really use some updates to improve the location. The mattresses in both the master and guest room are old spring mattresses that could stand to be replaced. The bathtub had parts that were pealing up and there are several places throughout the unit that had water damage that needs repairing. In fact, the unit was filled with a damp, dank, musty smell. We would have just opened the windows and doors but unfortunately none of them had screens and we didn't want to fill the unit with insects. We asked for a de-humidifier and the rental management company brought one by. We ran the de-humidifier night and day for 4 days straight before it started to feel less musty and dank in the unit. It was amazing how many times I had to empty the water container (2 times a day). Makes me wonder why they don't always keep a de-humidifier in the unit. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was poor, only one 60w bulb in the bathroom (no lighting above the mirror); so, if you want to put on make-up, you're going to need your own lighting. Overall, we liked the unit, but there are many aspects that need to be updated/repaired to really make this a place we would visit again.
