Bright Apt 750 sq ft in Bayeux historic center

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious. There were a lot of rules because it's someone's actual home. Only issues we had was parking not being easily accessible because of construction and some supply was out like coffee.

The host is very nice and personable. She speaks English well. The decor is pleasant and the place spotless. The master bedroom could use more light.

This apartment is in the perfect location, close to stores, restaurants and WWII sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable with WIFI and an Amazon account. Check in was a bit complicated, as there were many specifics to remember. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay there again!

A lovely apartment that is a bright and airy space. On second floor. Everything recently updated. Parking was first come first serve behind the apartment as parking in front was under construction. Laundry was about a ten minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The garden was really lovely with an enormous sequoia right outside the window. Communication was easy with the owner. Would stay again!

Great view of the cathedral, close to a lot of sight seeing attractions. Very lovely place.

Perfect location! The flat was beautiful and the building beyond picturesque. The flat is a two minute walk to the center of town which was incredible. The town is just like out of a movie with everything you could need or want. Loved it!

Very historic and beautiful apartment in the heart of Bayeux. Walkable to all of the main town attractions and shopping / dining areas. Courtyard behind the building was natural and beautiful.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, well-equipped kitchen and in a great location for exploring Bayeux. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great - good shower. The main room was the best feature - open and full of light with great views. Communication with the host was timely and thorough. Our only disappointment was the parking. Because we had a rental car and knew parking would be an issue in that location, we were counting on the off-street parking. However, when we arrived, we were only allowed to unload our bags and then directed to find public parking nearby. We were able to find free public parking a couple of blocks away but the onsite parking was not as promised.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment while visiting the Normandy area. The host Heloise met us at the train station and brought us to the apartment to show us all the features of the home. This apartment is walkable to downtown shops & restaurants and walking distance to the train station. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it highly.

If I could give this property a 20/10 I would! Héloïse was the perfect host, and the unit was perfect. It was immaculate, and very conveniently located within walking distance to everything we needed in Bayeux. Lovely old mansion. Outfitted with all that’s needed, including delicious espresso pods, a bottle of cider, and even soap/shampoo. Heloise communicated with us very well verbally, by WhatsApp, and with great handouts with pictures. She even let us check in a couple hours early since the apartment was available! With the construction across the street covering some parking, we were worried about finding parking each night in the enclosed smaller lot right by the apartment, but we always found a spot in that lot. Perfect location to walk to the sights and restaurants!

Great location in ancient town in close proximity to Normandy beaches and military cemeteries

The apartment was very nice. We spent a couple of days to see the Bayeux Tapestry and the location was perfect. Lovely village and easy to get around. Heloise was very gracious and answered all our questions.

The location of this property is perfect. Easy to walk to the train and a cute little downtown! The property manager went above and beyond. She picked us up at the train, even though it was only a four block walk to the apartment. Very cute apt, she left a wonderful detailed book on everything in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

We had three days in Bayeux . The flat was fantastic, well equipped and with a great location. Our only problem was the parking, which due to some road works was in limited supply. Its only a temporary problem and we managed to park ok when we got there and didn't need to move the car again until we left. We will definitely use the flat again

We could not have chosen a better place for our visit to Bayeux. Everything we wanted to see in this magical city is within easy walking distance. The apartment is beautiful…spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, well equipped, very clean and secure. Dealing with Héloïse was an absolute pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Heloise, our host, picked us up at the train station and provided a complete overview of the apartment. She and her daughter were delightful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - you can easily walk anywhere in the old city of Bayeux and for those with a car, there is parking directly across the street from the apartment (parking pass included).

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They are very friendly and truly want you to have a nice stay. The location could not be more convenient, with easy walking to major sites of interest, shopping, and dining in the historic city center. The apartment is well-decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. This is a quiet building, so isn’t suitable for parties. If I return to Bayeux, I will definitely stay here again.
