Bright apartment in Venice center, Dorsoduro district, Free Wifi and A / C

This was our second trip to Venice and we had a fabulous time! The apartment is like a home away from home. Convenient location. Close to all attractions. Would rent from this owner again!

This apartment was the best!! It was a ten minute walk from the bus station, in a great location. It was clean, spacious and authentically old! The owner was very responsive to emails, within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.. I'm hoping to come back!!

Our 2-week stay on Calle dei Guardani was very pleasant. The apartment was quiet, clean, well-equipped, well-lighted, and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Away from the frenzy of the tourist scene but just a short walking distance to supermarkets, vaporetto stops, train/bus/taxi areas, and the excellent language school in Campo Santa Margherita. Owners Lucia & Roberto were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we went back to Venice.

A bright, sunny place that offers a peaceful and quiet space in what can be a very busy time trying to fit all of what Venice has to offer. The ground floor unit was a convenient and easy walk to most sites. The unit was very clean, welcoming and has recently been remodeled. Lucia and Roberto are gracious hosts and were helpful in identifying their favorite must see sites in Venice. Looking forward to staying with them again on our next visit to Venice.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment perfectly located close to the bus station at Piazzale Roma and for evening strolls on the Zattere, and it is just a short 8 minute walk to the supermarket Conad. The street is quiet and the neighbourhood is always peaceful at day and night. Lucia is super helpful and communicated with me constantly in the run up to our trip so I arrived in Venice knowing exactly where to go to find the apartment. Roberto met me and he is amazing and gave me brilliant advice and information about where to find everything my friends and I would need during our trip. He also tells excellent stories about the history of Venice! The apartment is super clean, bright and supplied with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are large with lots more space than any of the other apartments I have stayed in in Venice. The kitchen comes fully equipped and you can make coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the apartment if you choose. There is a TV with hundreds of channels, excellent Wifi. Towels, kettle, toaster, tea towels, bed linen, handwash and much more that I would never have even thought of were all provided. Also, usefully there is a Pharmacy two minutes walk away. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Venice I highly recommend this apartment. It was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, located in the Dorsoduro area, far from the mobs of tourists. A supermarket and some great osterias only 5min walking distance, in a residential area with an elementary school right in front (a bit noisy when the parents came to pick up their kids at 4pm but it made us feel very local!!). Our two kids aged 5 and 7 loved their room, facing towards the back onto a gorgeous and very quiet garden. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, free wifi, comfy beds, everything very clean and well kept. Roberto picked us up and brought us, then took plenty of time to give us great tips and answer our numerous questions. I can highly recommend this place and we felt very welcomed by Lucia and Roberto!

The apartment was stylish, simple yet comfortabe. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location was excellent - quiet yet a short walk to everything. Lucia and Roberto were very responsive and Roberto''s tourist information was very helpful.

We had a lovely stay in the flat. An excellent location, the flat was perfectly clean and very comfortable and quiet. Lucia and Roberto were very kind and gave us lots of advice about what to see and do. I would definately recommend this address in Venice.
