Stayed Aug 4, 2024We had a very pleasant stay in this flat. The communication was very friendly, the flat is equipped with really everything you need, and in a good location not far from the beach. Nearby there are also some shops and a very nice market on two days of the week. With a bus (bus stop just 100m away) you can reach St. Malo old city in a very short time. All in all, we loved this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in this apartment during June 2018. We found the apartment to be clean and well preseted with all the things you need. The property is on a fairly busy road and parking is only available on the surrounding streets. We managed to find parking oposite but once the car was moved you would probably lose that spot. The building itself, not the apartment, needs some work to fix the front entry and the stairs which are a little difficult to manage. The host's representative spoke good English and was extremely helpful and kind.

Stayed Sep 26, 2017The flat was very clean and accommodating. Kitchen was very well organized and stocked for cooking and living area was comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Communication from Robert was EXCELLENT! We appreciate that he responded to our inquires so promptly. We would return without hesitation. One thing I would recommend is that it is better communicated that towels and bed linens are NOT included in the rental and are an extra charge.

Stayed Jul 10, 2016We enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo. This property is in a nice location, outside the touristy areas of Intramuros Saint Malo but still close enough to still enjoy. The beaches and coastline nearby are breathtaking, with the tides going in and out, it is really impressive. There is a mini-town center just 2 minutes walk from the property where you can get groceries, cash, by fresh bread. Restaurants are just at the seaside, about a 10 minute walk. I really enjoyed the feeling of being away from the tourists and yet having access to the sea.
