Bright and cozy modern studio steps from the beach

Location of bed…hard to get in and around. Bed was placed against the wall and there was no headboard although the website does show a headboard…somewhat misleading. Everything else was great…good location.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy that we could meet Erin. Her place was spotless and it was a delight to walk around and explore this area. The bach was huge and there was always something to see on the other bay side. Both were short walks from this apartment. The unit is very small but the little AC was anle to keep it cool, even though it was very hot outdoors. It's a shame the AC blows right where you sleep. I measured the bed and it is 54x75 which makes it a double. Quite tight for 2 but there isn't room for anything larger. The sheets were 100% polyester which look nice but we find them uncomfortable for sleeping, and were happy that the duvet cover was cotton.The shower had lots of water and pressure. No tea or coffee were provided, but otherwise it had everything we needed. It was very quiet at night, and we always found street parking nearby, except on a warm Sunday afternoon when it seemed like all of LA was enjoying the beach.There was zero parking to be found, even in the pay parking lot at the end of the peninsula. We finally found a parking spot over a mile away down Long Beach. That meant two long walks! It's a beautiful area to explore, especially with bicycles.

The Bay Stay it’s perfect for a place right by the beach. Erin is lovely and responsive. I enjoyed sunrise walks on the strand, and a wonderful breakfast and coffee from Andre’s just up the road. It’s easy to get around and the neighbors are very friendly and with cute dogs. 10/10 would stay again.

Cute place. Unfortunate the “ocean view” blocked by sand berm, and yet understand concern of property loss. The area is really getting built up with construction work going on. Walk to the jetty afforded beautiful sunsets. Thanking you kindly.

I traveled for business but didn’t want to be stuck in Anaheim where the conference was. This was a nice cozy area, and super safe for a solo female traveler!

Sounds of the ocean this is my go to spot. Studio space comfortable and filled with all your vacation needs.

Perfect little studio in a great location! Erin was communicative and helpful during my stay. I had no issues finding parking and you can easily walk to shops & 2nd street. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Outstanding! Beach and bay views within steps outside the door. Located near popular 2nd Street you will find a variety of restaurants with creative cuisine and cocktails. Stylishly decorated room authentic to photos on website. Super host Erin provides excellence. Already booked my next stay!

This place was awesome. My wife and I enjoyed a four day weekend at this cozy studio that was perfect. The location is great and the space in the studio was just right. The host was incredible - available, kind, and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our Bay Stay it was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet. After a long day of the beach we would come back to the Bay Stay and relax and use the jet tub so relaxing. We will be back next yr and would love to stay there again. Erin the host was wonderful and easy to get ahold of. We thank you for everything our stay was great.

Cute place…amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute home on the beach! Loved the proximity to the ocean, the quiet neighborhood and the best restaurants ever! Parking was a little rough and phone service was spotty but we would definitely stay there again!

What a way to kick off our first annual mother/daughter trip. This place had it all and Erin the host was awesome. Very clean and large enough for 2. Walking distance to everything is definitely doable considering I am a stroke survivor. When you know, you know. We took advantage of the California sunset within footsteps of the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again and not feel bored or wasting money. Thank you for sharing this space.

I've stayed in several places in this area. This place was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and they provide everything you could need.
