This property is conveniently located directly opposite the Wels Convention Center (Messe Wels) and is perfectly suited to provide short term housing for small teams travelling across state or country borders for employment purposes.

2 bedroom rooms are shared, containing 3 beds, desk & chairs and one tv, while bedroom 3 is a private bedroom with tv and desk & chairs.
