    Clean, lovely tidy apartment with bright big windows, great location with grocery store across the street, bus stations basically out the front, great wifi. Excellent value. We will stay here again.

    Good location - 20 min slow walk from McIver Station, 10-15 mins to IGA, CAT bus stop 2 mins and can easily walk into city mall area. Beds were comfortable for us and it had everything we needed (except toilet paper which we knew as was mentioned in previous review). Getting shower temperature right was tricky and pressure not great but still did its job. Would suggest new seal on fridge door. We enjoyed our stay in this unit.

    It is clean, neat, homely and comfortable with household utilities provided. The view from balcony is northerly and splendid. The building is well managed and clean, with lifts. The location is convenient with red CAT bus stop nearby.

    Alexei was excellent as a host and was very helpful in arranging our arrival. The property is in an ideal location in a quiet area but near to retail outlets and the free CAT bus stop a few steps away. The property was very clean and has everything you would need to be self sufficient.. We really enjoyed our stay in Perth
