Breezy Hills Apt - Studio apt in a secluded spot, minutes from Cooperstown

The property is clean and very comfortable!

The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available.

I took my son here as he was playing with his team for a week. He stayed with me due to medical reasons instead of in the bunks with his team. Our hosts John and Jill were everything you'd want in a host AND MORE! Polite, responsive, caring, generous, and a pleasure to meet and talk with. Their cozy apartment style is beautifully laid out and decorated. It had just what we needed - a kitchen that suited our wanting to eat some meals in and a living space that we could collapse in once the baseball was over for the day. It is just secluded enough, but close to Main Street Cooperstown - perfect. The views are second to none and the ability to just sit and be in a quiet part of nature was much needed. We would absolutely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay. John and Jill are great hosts and have a beautiful residence. It is very cozy and convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s also less than 10 minutes from downtown Cooperstown.

We had a great week at Breezy Hill. The location was very close to the park, the accommodations were perfect for our needs, the location offered beautiful back porch views, and it could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

This apartment is in a great convenient location between downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Everything you need is there and it is perfectly clean. The owners live above- this was great since I was mostly by myself, but we only saw each other a few times. That being said, we promptly texted back and forth! Great stay!

Great cozy place to stay for the week with Cooperstown travel! Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Just a short 12-14min drive to the ball parks. My son really enjoyed the activities in the garage (ping pong, darts, ring toss). Beautiful view. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Would highly recommend choosing to stay again!

Roomy efficiency, quiet surroundings and beautiful view of the valley. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck watching wild turkeys in the fields. Close to popular destinations in and near Cooperstown. Friendly hosts.

Great place to stay if you’re going to the Cooperstown Dreamspark. Easy drive to and from the park. John was very accommodation and informative. Beds were very comfortable. Back deck was awesome. We saw fireflies, deer and turkeys. Would definitely recommend.

Spent the week for dreamspark tournament with my wife and daughter. Only 15 to 20 mintes from park We were comfortable and the place was clean. Kitchen had a full size fridge and was well stocked. Owner quickly responded to any questions. Only two items to be aware. As mentioned I'm the description, this is a basement apt with the owner upstairs. You will hear the footsteps above. Also, you will need to climb up and down stairs to go in and out. Would definitely stay here again for another trip to Cooperstown.

The Breezy Hills Apartment was beautiful! It was very clean and had all the main essentials in the apartment. The space was perfect for a single person. Less than a fifteen minute drive to Cooperstown Dream Park. The view of the hillside was amazing. Thank you, John for providing such a relaxing space and attentive to any questions I had.
