Breezy Acres Farm Apt 1- large yard, fire pit, game room near Cooperstown

This is a good choice. Very clean and has every thing needed for the stay. Very comfortable bed . There is only one bathroom, but that is the only downside. Beautiful countryside.

Place was as depicted. Host was very kind taking us on a tour of his farm . The pond was so inviting and allows for fishing. He kindly shared fishing supplies so my son and his grampa could fish together . Info binder was spot on for best places to go. Next trip to Cooperstown we hope to play more ping pong!!! I have stayed at this spot twice while my son played at Cooperstown and really enjoy it. It is a clean and fresh apartment. I appreciate the game room and fishing spot for my kids. I love how quiet it is and the nature to enjoy surrounding the apartment. I highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay during our Cooperstown adventure. Mike and LeeAnn were amazing hosts. They showed the kids their farm and even provided fishing equipment so we could fish in their pond. I will stay here again if my younger son comes to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

This place was great to stay for Cooperstown, it is only a 10 minute drive. Saw lots of wildlife. Owner is great and took my daughter and her friend around to show them the pigs, chickens and turkeys. My kids also loved fishing in the pond that is stocked with fish. I would absolutely stay again.

Place was great. Kids had fun in the game room and fishing the pond.

Breezy Acres 1 was extremely clean and quiet. It is close to the Baseball Hall of Fame and other activities in the Cooperstown area. We will stay here again if back in the area.

Great place to stay when at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Was very easy to get to baseball field and downtown Cooperstown. Had everything we needed while we were visiting. Loved the fresh eggs and the owner even gave us some more. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

The Burns are amazing hosts! They treat you like you are living in their own home! It is very child friendly and was perfect for our family of 4. This was our 2nd year staying here with both boys having the opportunity to play at Dreams Park. It is about 12 easy minutes to the fields. Comfortable and clean! Highly recommend! Don’t forget to leave your team pin in the playroom!

Absolutely wonderful experience on beautiful property! Hosts thought of every detail to welcome you including their farm fresh eggs! Mike was just a phone call away with any questions I had. Dreamspark was an average 15 min drive,

Amazing appartament a few minutes away from Cooperstown. Great host, very amicable! Would definately recommend this place to anyone. Will be staying ther again next year!
