Stayed Jul 31, 2019We had a lovely stay! The Perch offered a fabulous view of the Inter-coastal Waterway and was a quiet place to rest and relax. Sandra was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed her stories of the area. The apartment was clean and we would definitely stay there again if we return to Ocean Isle. Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family of 4 stayed here for a few days vacation at the beach. We had plenty of space, great beds, and a workable kitchen. Although it wasn’t right on the beach, it was nice to be away from the beach-goers and enjoy the quiet woods. Sandra was delightful and very responsive to any questions we had.
