An older building but the apartment was nicely remodeled and clean. The property manager was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The Hosts were Great, the Location is close to Awesome Restaurants and Downtown Dover Entertainment. The listing said Brand New Unit, it did not appear Brand New; but it was what we needed for a quick (2) Night Stay. The Host made the Sofa-bed for our Son prior to our Arrival and there were plenty of Linens/Towels for our Family. The Overall property definitely needed some updating and the outside main entrance stairs wobbled, but our Unit was Cozy with Reserved Parking. The one Warning I have is that there was at least (1) Cat roaming the hall in the Common Area and I’m Extremely Allergic and it did cause some discomfort. Great Price for the Location-Thank you for your Hospitality (and the bottle of Wine)!

I enjoyed my stay with this Air B &B. The hosts were very kind and it is a very relaxed quiet place. The entry way is a bit cluttered so it does have a very casual effect. If you stay here be aware there are many dogs. That was a plus for me! The rooms itself was casual and had clean sheets and towels. As long as you are expecting a New England vintage home it is very enjoyable.

Travis was a great host. The outside property left a lot to be desired, however, the inside of the apartment made up for it. The apartment was spotless. The coffee/tea bar made traveling easier and the wine was a great touch. The apartment is in walking distance to an adorable town filled with great restaurants and shops and was only 10 minutes from UNH.

The apartment was in a very unkept building. There was junk and stuff all around it and there was no landscaping. There was someone sitting on the front stoop when we arrived and also when we returned once early at 2am. There was old musty carpeting on the stairs and hallways and stuff stored in all the corners and entryway. There were beer cans left all around after a party outside after someone barbecued. The location was fine but it felt like we were staying in an old dormitory or frat house. The apartment was clean.

Apartment was tidy and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay as we were attending a wedding nearby. Bed was cozy, Wi-Fi was reliable.

we enjoyed our stay at Travis's apartment. It was what we were expecting - a comfortable, homey place with nice bed and a hot shower that was close to town. There is a lot to do within 30 minutes of here. And plenty of good restaurants! It was a neat old house in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. We really liked it!
