I can’t say enough how much we loved this property. Location was great, the apartment was spacious and clean, and with the incredibly hot weather outside it was a cool respite during our stay. The hosts were also very helpful with all of our needs. 10 out of 10.

I can’t say enough about the host and her property. The location is the best in old Rome and filled with the ability to all, shop, eat, drink and relax. From the time we met our host until our check out our experience was exceptional. We will be back!

The property was amazing? Very spacious and clean with 3 separate beds each with their own bathroom/shower. The property is very centrally located within minutes of the Spanish Steps. There are also restaurants all around. One super nice convenience is there is an elevator in the building which makes it easy to get your luggage in and out. It also has air conditioning and laundry if you need it. Our host Barbara couldn't have been more helpful. She responded usually same day to all our questions and we super accommodating. She even arranged our transports between airport, cruise port and apartment. She met us at check in and was so friendly and kind she made the whole process so simple and easy.Excellent property would stay here every time I visit Rome.

There are no words to describe the experience we had at Barbara and Fabios gorgeous apartment in Rome. Everything was exactly as described but even better once you stood in the big beautiful spaces in the apartment. The location can't be beat - on a busy side street off the main street, the apartment was so quiet and comfortable. BUT, that wasn't the best part. Barbara is not only a top notch host but also an amazing lady who will do anything to help her guests. When I mentioned I might need a drink after a crazy ride from Siena, Barbara had a cold bottle of wine waiting. She met us and walked through everything about the apartment, including pizza snacks, bottled water, other snacks, coffee, juice, etc. Now for the amazing part - I locked my sunglasses in the apartment as we left for our cruise. Because we did a precruise trip in Rome, Barbara coordinated with the tour guide to meet me in St. Peter's Square - with thousands of my closest friends - to hand deliver my sunglasses back to me! No words for this act of kindness. Book now without hesitation for the experience of a lifetime with a woman who will be your best friend by the time you leave. We will return to Rome only to see Barbara and stay in her magnificent place! Gazie! Ti voglio bene!

Townhouse Frattina was ideally located in Rome, with restaurants, shopping and historic landmarks easily reached. Our host, Barbara, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, recommending restaurants and even securing our family a reservation one evening. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location. We walked to many places. Rooms were clean and spacious. Barbara was very nice arranged transfers for my family. Also provide snacks and drink when we checked in. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

We were able to walk to everything in Rome that we wanted to see. While the area as a whole was very busy we were just off the main strip where it was much less crowded. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Barbara was very easy to communicate with. The check in process was very smooth.

The place was decorated well, clean, and ready to step into to stay. The lift was very helpful. It would be best without a lot of luggage. Barbara is a hospitable person who likes to make people feel comfortable while in her home.

Very spacious and updated apartment in a fantastic location. All updated inside but on in a 500 year old building and neighborhood. Modernized with all of the charm. Barbara and Fabio were amazing hosts. Super responsive with concierge level service for everything from car services, to provisioning, to restaurant recommendations and reservations. A wonderful experience made easy by Barbara. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place in every way. It is in the center of Rome, but still super quiet! Host was wonderful, and very attentive to all our questions. Comfortable beds, lots of space, and very clean!

This townhouse is in a great location, with just a quick walk about two blocks to get to the Spanish Steps. Numerous places to eat and shop in the area as well. The beds were comfortable, nice living area with 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, and the washer/dryer was useful after staying 5 days to get wash before heading out on our cruise. Hosts were helpful and accommodated our late arrival due to flight delay. Would not hesitate to rebook again if we return to Rome!

First of all, Barbara is so incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. She was there when we arrived, and accommodated an early arrival. Secondly, the home is really wonderful! It has such a unique character, which has been preserved. The home is also extremely clean with wonderfully comfortable beds and clean soft linens. Thirdly, the place is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Spanish step, world class shopping, as well as many other attractions. I will stay here again when I return to Roma! Everything was good, the water the first morning was a little cool, but after turning up the geezer all was good. There were plenty of nespresso pods and the host had provided some breakfast buns. When we asked for help booking a taxi to the airport Barbara went above and beyond to help us.

My wife and I wanted our two boys (14 & 10) to have an incredible first time visit to Rome. Barbara’s place was ideal! Her super clean, really large apartment is on a really quiet street but close to everything we needed. Five minute walk to Trevi Fountain or The Spanish Steps but without all the insane tourist traffic. Great restaurants and plenty of cabs close by.Barbara is an excellent hosts! And, our boys loved her place. Her communication skills were fantastic and is SUPER FAST with answering questions.We wish we could have stayed longer than four days but we’re off to experience Florence & Venice!

Wonderful host and property in perfect location. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Barbara was so responsive, so accommodating and helpful. The listing was exactly as described and expected fit exactly my family’s needs, visiting Italy for the first time during the summer. Cannot wait to return to this amazing country and beautiful Roma. Our group of 5 had a great stay at this property. Amazing location near the Spanish Steps on a lovely street and plenty of shops and dining nearby. The hosts were wonderful--answered any questions promptly and made some great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend!!!

Barbara is amazing, she made us feel at home. A lot of different things that we can say about the place: 3 beds, 3 full bathrooms, historical decorations, close to everything at walking distance. The owner, Barbara, gave us tips on where to eat, helped us making arrangements for transportation from the airport and to our destination. It’s hard to describe this incredible experience. We definitely recommend 100%.

Nice neighborhood! Great location - amazing shopping on the street. You could walk to any major attraction in Rome within 25 min. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Separate A/C in each room and nice coffeemaker a plus. Showers were great!!

Can’t say anything negative. Great location, Fabio was amazingly accommodating, shopping right outside the house. Already recommended to friends & family. Party of 5, with a working elevator to help move luggage up and down.

This was our second time to rent this property in Rome. It is a perfect place to stay. The location is right next to the Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants, etc. with very easy access to all the other major sites. The nice thing is with the great location the apartment itself is very quiet. Barbara is a wonderful host, she or someone from her team meets you when you check in and both times we were there she helped arranged our transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Rome.

Barbara is a great host—very helpful in every way! The location of the apartment is excellent—right in the middle of the city. The apartment is very quiet, despite being in the city center. The beds are truly American king-size, a bit on the firmer side. The bedsheets are nice cotton.There are three full bathrooms with amazing showers—very convenient for getting ready quickly in the morning. There is a little store behind the building, which is great for getting milk, eggs, and other basic essentials.The kitchen in the apartment is on the smaller side. It was good enough to prepare breakfast but too small to cook dinner for a family.Apartment is also recently renovated and very clean.The only small downside is that the apartment’s windows faced the courtyard, so there wasn’t much bright sunlight, and we had to use lights even in the morning.

The apartment is well located and had perfect amenities, from blowdryer to hair straightener to tea maker etc. We were able to check in early straight from the airport which was very very helpful. The apartment is also 2 min from a taxi stand so convenient to grab a cab to get to the train station for our next stop. The apartment is clean, spacious and lovely.

We spent 4 nights at the apartment. It was in a great location just around the corner from the Spanish Steps. It was easy to walk to all the major attractions. The apartment was newly renovated, clean and quiet. Barbara was a terrific host! She provided great information on the area and helped us set up transportation to/from the airport. Great townhouse centrally located in Rome, close to the Spanish steps & Pantheon, in a major shopping area. We found the rooms to be larger than expected based on the pictures. Barbara is a great host, very attentive!

Everything about the apartment was exactly as described. Check in was flawless and the owner charming and very helpful. Barbara was very easy to reach when we had questions. Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. The apartment was very quiet and on the rear of the building. The downside was that the apartment was a bit dark and had no views. All in all a very good stay!

We stayed two nights at Barbara and Fabio's wonderful property before boarding a cruise with friends. The location was absolutely perfect, giving us a wonderful kick-off to our vacation. We could see and do so much by foot, and the surrounding restaurants were amazing. Communication with our hosts was also exceptional. We highly recommend this property.

Very spacious with two equivalent bedrooms, both with king beds, is great for two couples who still want their own space. If you are doing the grueling research trying to decide which place to pick you will be pleased if you choose this place.
