Brand new spacious apartment with private yard/ patio

Very clean space and friendly owner

Very clean and private. We had the ability to walk to a shopping pliza for necessities. It's listed as a two bedroom but is actually a one bedroom with a pull out bed in living room.

Well situated, well presented, easy to check in and out. Great experience from beginning to end!

Exactly as advertised and well equipped! It is a basement apartment, so we found it to be a little chilly, and were unable to locate a thermostat anywhere to control the temperature ourselves. We both thought the shower could definitely be hotter.

It’s nice apartment - newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. The price is great. The description could be clearer - it’s a one bedroom (not 2) and the parking is on the street because the driveway is full. It is also a basement apartment so expect noise from above but it’s hard to beat the price in this area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very cozy, with lots of natural light, and a very comfortable bed. The host is excellent and happily provided what we needed. My wife and I look forward to staying here again next time we're in town.

Maria’s place was very convenient for us being close to our son’s home. She had the space nicely decorated for Christmas.

My friend and I stayed from October 16th - 20th and had a wonderful time. The host was available to answer our questions and provide us with whatever was needed. The property itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the little homey touches, such as the October decor and tea caddy with biscuits and other treats. I definitely hope to stay there again for future visits to Guelph!

Our host was great and the property was clean, comfortable, well lit, well furnished and an enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Visiting to host Book club, and stayed for 2 nights. Both beds comfortable, but one is a fold out couch in living room. All the gadgets you could want, and very modern decor. Happy to stay again

This location is prime. You are only a few minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Lovely apartment , very clean and great location . Our only suggestion is to upgrade the coffee maker as it leaked . Would definitely recommend . Thank you
