Brand new, modern, private, and cozy 430 sq. ft apartment across from city park!

Very clean, host was very accommodating and great communication throughout stay!

Not only is this property perfect, but the hosts are, too!! The apartment has everything that would be needed for your stay as far as comfort and kitchen supplies goes. And if there's any questions or something needed, Mary is just a text message away and OH so helpful! She was the absolute BEST host, super helpful in finding out about local activities as well as dining suggestions. The location is perfect as it is just a block away from a grocery store, two blocks from a gas station, and literally right across the street from the most beautiful park. It's just incredibly nice to have a place to come back to in between activities and visits with family and it feels like home and not just a tiny/dingy motel room. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Mobridge and staying here again!

Great, super clean, comfortable apartment. Easy parking. Everything is close. Owner was very easy to communicate with and left you alone once arrived. Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was cozy, clean and we felt right at home. We stayed with our 3 year old and had just enough room for the 3 of us. The hosts were great! They were incredibly responsive and had everything we needed. The little yard was perfect for us to sit outside in the evening and there was a park across the street. We were able to bring our boat and plug it in at night. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Clean, easy parking and owner communication was top notch. I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences ive had. The host was the best anything we needed was right there for us. I will be back again I recommend this place and give it a 10/10.

Excellent as always

Host is very responsive and the everything about the space works perfect!

Very convenient and nice place to stay at!

My stay was great! Very clean and cozy!

This was a perfect location for my guest. They really liked the cleanliness. Very nice place to stay and great host to work with. Thank you for the nice place.

Was very clean & everything we needed that you could possibly think of. Close to everything in town & Felt very safe! Host was great at communicating. Shower was very good size & Bed was comfortable. it had an electric cook to make your eggs in the morning. There isn’t an oven but they have a toaster oven/air fryer & also a microwave & pizza heater gadget. Towels & sheets smelt nice & clean. Free WiFi, complimentary snacks, coffee & water.

Outstanding! Exactly as advertised plus very accommodating hosts!

Clean and quiet. Perfect size.

Great clean and accommodating.

Perfect for my stay in Mobridge. It was the perfect location, was very clean and the hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!!

This place was perfect for my visit to Mobridge. Owners made you feel like you were home and even provided a sweet treat for me. The weather was so cold but the apartment was so warm and cozy. It was nice they provided a pizza so I didn’t have to go out to grab something to eat my last night there. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Mary and Chris were so accommodating. Their place is so nice and cozy!! Highly recommend!! Will definately be staying here again.

Very clean, neat, and host went above and beyond with our accommodations!
