New to the market and located above Church Bay (the western end of 2 miles of some of the most beautiful coastline in the world sits a new modern contemporary gem. This Studio apartment is fully detached from the main house providing a private experience. Features include king size bed, a Queen sized pull out sofa suitable for 2 children or 3rd adult, powerful air conditioning, large flat screen with HD Satellite showing content for every taste, wi-fi and bubble-massage tub and a towel warmer. The fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen has a Viking stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a full complement of cookware, dish ware and glassware. For those who need to stay connected, we provide 200Mbps Internet Service. Other amenities include washer/dryer, a hotel style safe, private patio with bar-b-que, and view of ocean.

We are literally a stone's throw from Church Bay beach, a great snorkeling location - across the street.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the main road to make walking, riding, buses or taxi transport a breeze. We have a dedicated Electric Vehicle Charge Point for exclusive use the apartment. There are beaches, pedestrian hiking trails, jet ski rentals, Port Royal golf course, spas, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and restaurants in close proximity. There are easy dining and spa options including the Fairmont Southampton and the Reefs Hotels restaurants both within 4 minutes. There is a large grocery store about 5 min ride from us.

The famous Horseshoe Bay Beach is about 4 minutes away and the beautiful Warwick Long Bay is about 6 min. The walking trails between the two have abundant small hidden beaches for exploration.

For those who are green conscious - Every light in the cottage is high quality LED providing superior light rendering. We have very efficient A/C systems and all electrical systems on property are powered by over 50 solar panels providing more than 15Kw of power to the house and cottage.

In the unlikely event of a power outage due to a hurricane or utility failure, we have a large 50KW diesal generator capable of easily powering all systems on the property for several days.

    The neighborhood was quiet & the accommodations were adequate and cozy. The bus stop was 3 min away. We prepared breakfast daily & the kitchen had all necessary equipment. If you prefer to taxi or order in, then the apartment is easily found by both. Patrick was responsive to answer any questions (my questions were not related to the apartment) and we had NO issues during our 6D5N stay.

    The apartment was as advertised. Great for 2 people. Clean, equipped with anything you might need to cook or walk down to the beach. Bus stop was very close. Definitely need the bus or a rental to get anywhere other than church bay which was beautiful, and secluded. The patio was nice; the foliage blocked any views but at the same time provided privacy. Washer dryer combo was nice. Shower was great, tub had jets but the stopper wouldn’t seal. Bed was super comfortable.

    Our stay in Bermuda at this VRBO was in a perfect location close to all beaches and central to all attractions. King size bed and patio complete with beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrellas was very helpful. Host was great and arranged for taxis to and from the airport. An all over fantastic stay.

    Nice, very clean. Provides everything you need. Great for physically fit people because there is a hill you have to walk down to the bus stop and back up when you come back. No problem for us but some would think it’s too much. Of course that’s not an issue if you’re renting scooters or taking a taxi everywhere. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I spent 3 lovely days here. Very private with an Ocean view. Very close to the bus line stops going from Hamilton to the Dockyards. Fabulous bed, all the amenities, we ate in at night on the deck. I would definitely book this VRBO again.

    Not brand new as advertised. A remodel of an old structure like 6-10 years ago. The rental was clean but the bedding was very worn in. The sofa is also very dated and abused. The kitchen had everything you need to cook but the fry pans are no longer nonstick. A kitchen drawer was broken and hanging, unlike the photo. The last downfall was the cable was connected to an inactive cable receiver. There is nothing to watch other than YouTube for free.
