BRAND NEW LISTING!! WATERFRONT APARTMENT WITH ROOF TOP DECK!!

The apartment was clean and continently located to the highway and downtown. Best part was the roof deck. Enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the river and then listening to the concert from the amphitheater next door in the evening. Would absolutely recommend.

House had everything we needed just like home. Nice area on the river. Rooftop patio was great. A concert was going on the night we arrived so we got to listen to a great show. Close to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. Host was responsive but we didnt need anything or have any complaints.have any issues to reorr.

We were in town for a family wedding that had a room block at the resident inn within walking distance. It was perfect for our family to stay in to have more space and we didn’t have get three hotel room. It was nice to still be in walking distance to the hotel see everyone else. The river view was gorgeous

We had a blast at the property. Roof deck was great. We sat there every night. We even heard a concert from the deck. Place was perfect for 5 people. Everyone's room was far enough apart that gave you privacy if needed. Bath and a half was awesome. I would recommend this place to alot of people. Right near highway so easy to travel around Maine. Pretty private. No other houses around. Very clean had a great coffee bar. House was stalked with everything you needed. Thank you so much.

This was the perfect house size for our party. The location was convenient and close to all the attractions that Bangor has to offer. Would stay here again.

We (2 adults and 2 older teen UMaine Students) stayed at this property this past weekend. The property was perfect for our needs, the living room was a great place to gather after a long day. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for the girls. All bedrooms were seperated to allow for privacy and down time. The coffee bar was a welcome perk. Host communication was great, although we really didn't have any issues to chat about. We would definitely stay again and reccomend this location.

We came into town for a quick visit and wish we could have stayed longer. We were so pleased that the house was within walking distance to our other family members staying nearby. We enjoyed the outside rooftop area and the comfortable den area where we got to hang out with our children. We would recommend this rental to other families who want to visit the area!

We had the pleasure of staying at Matt and Melody’s apartment on our trip to Bangor this past weekend and we’re giving a perfect score to this waterfront gem. Spotless, spotless, spotless and all new design and decor. Very spacious and airy—the rooftop deck provided a great backdrop for our morning coffee and pre-dinner downtime. Safe and secure. We had a very satisfying experience, and would recommend this property to anyone. Two minutes outside of Bangor’s Main St. A gateway to great trip!

We came up to visit our son at UMaine and stayed at this sweet 2 level apartment. It was extremely cozy and we absolutely loved the coffee bar and the roof top deck. Plenty of beds, fully stocked kitchen, and close to everything you would need. We would definitely stay again!
