Brand-new holiday dwelling - from summer 2008! Every room with balcony!

We loved our stay! It is quiet and peaceful, close to the river trail and looks out over the hay meadows and up at the mountains. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely loved the home we rented from Martin. There was nothing missing in the home. Thought was also put to our 3 kids. Location was perfect and stunning. All recommendations from Martin were perfect for us. Excellent hosts and would love that one day we can return.

This place was PERFECT for our week-long ski trip. We came all the way from New York City and this area is a gem! The apartment is SUPER clean and the floor plan provides privacy for the entire group. The living room is HUGE and all the rooms have balconies. The description is 100% accurate and the hosts even brought us donuts and wine after our first day skiing in Lech! They are both super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the area. The local restaurants are fantastic and the bus will take you to a few villages up and down the road - you'll receive a bus pass free of charge by the host. The community is super friendly and they welcome tourists. We cooked often in the apartment but also went out to local cafes and even booked a massage at the Post Hotel. Behind the home is a wonderful path for hiking or cross-country skiing right next to the Lech river. Nature lovers will be right at home here! If you're looking for a place to stay where you'll feel like a local - come here! It was our first trip to the Lechtal area and we made wonderful memories at the Ferienwohnung Ulseß!

The holiday we had here is undoubtedly one of the best. The apartment is 10 times better than what is looks here. It is modern, neat , spacious and clean. The surrounding is beautiful. There are 2 big bedrooms , plus nice living room and dinning room.The ever changing view of snow clad mountains from the balcony is unforgettable. The owner is very helpful and she gave plenty of practical information to make best of our stay. Thanks Johana!! This place deserves more than 5 stars!

We had a great holiday here. The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of the Ulsess' family house and has an outlook both up (west) and down (east) the beautiful Lech valley. It is very thoughtfully designed, in a modern style, and built to an impeccable standard of workmanship. It is spacious, light and airy, and the quality of the furniture and fittings is such that even the princess of the Princess and the Pea tale would feel happily at home in it. Getting to know Martin and Johanna and their children was a bonus. They are a delightful family - kind and caring, and good fun. We had great two weeks here, and would like more.

Me and my husband had an wonderful stay at Ferienwohnung Ulsess' in Haegerau. It is a typical mountain house but of new building. It is at a few hundred meters from the Lech river. It is very silent and surrounded by green fields with an astonishing view on the mountains. There is a bautiful garden all around the house. It is very safe for children. The apartment has 2 big terraces with beautiful flowers and it is very clean. In 1 minute you can reach the cycling road that runs all along the valley. Trekking roads are at a very easy reach. You can even start walking from the house and if you want to go further you do not need to get your car since you can easily move by the local bus. The family of the house is young and friendly and will help you with many information about mountains, hiking and anything you may need in the Lechtal.
