Beautiful View, Quiet Place. Kind Communication.

Excellent flat! Clean, gorgeous views, and great communication with owner. It’s a bit off the beaten path, which is great for quiet, but some people would not find it walkable to shops and restaurants because of the uphill climb. Bonus was a little park down the street to sit and watch the sunset.

Wonderful spot! We would for sure book again. Only small recommendation would be for instructions for the shower. We finally figured it out but it is a unique set up.

Nice place with nice view but no comfortable seating to enjoy it in. Tight drive way parking. Single lane street.

The street is very narrow. There was convenient off street parking. Odd kitchen setup. Hot plate type induction cooking, toaster oven and microwave-no oven or range. Nice large TV but only a futon on a side wall so not set up for a relaxing living space or to watch TV comfortably. Comfortable bed. No shoes allowed in the house which was off putting.

The unit was very clean and comfortable and had a wonderful view of Outer Sunset and the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked although I didn't cook anything. I appreciated the instant coffee available. The tv didn't work despite trying repeatedly. The bed was comfy--could use an improvement in the bed pillows. Thank you for the detailed directions for keys and entering the unit.

Wonderful view of the ocean. Apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. Ada is an amazing host. She is very responsive and polite. Upon my departure, I forgot my computer charger. Ada contacted me and shipped it to me!

This was the perfect rental and location for our trip which was half business and half leisure. Our host gave very complete check-in and checkout instructions, along with contact information in case we needed anything during our stay, which we didn't. The view is incredible and the amenities of the apartment were just what we needed. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and all of the sections of the Bay Area we wanted to see worked very well for us.

So enjoyed my stay! It’s a great place to stay. I had a family member at UCSF Hospital. I like to walk and it’s about 30 minutes from the hospital and then I would Uber back at night. I was able to leave my car in the driveway which was really helpful. Highly recommend it.

Our host Ada was attentive and welcoming. The view was incredible and the bed/bedding was perfect. We had everything we needed and look forward to staying here again.

What an amazing view. I wish I could stay longer but this was a short business trip. Communication was excellent, the property was very easy to find very well organized. I will definitely stay again on my next business trip.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe.

Clean property with manageable kitchen. It isn't whole floor. Has one other apartment in the floor and folks living in the floor below. We were asked to watch how we walk late at night as it might be loud to the folks in the floor below. Another point that diverges from the listing is the ocean beach view. Lol it was like over a mile away. It doesn't make for a beautiful view or anything. The bad part was furniture. The couch was old and hard. I tried napping and had back pain. Couldn't sit on it for even an hour. The dining table was worse. I tried working one day and had a terrible experience. Best for being a home base for folks needing to stay in the downtown but don't need to hang out at the place for a long time. The location was great.

Close to GGP, very clean, perfect for my husband and I. Comfy sleep, great bed to spend the night. Loved the ocean view!

If you are good at walking uphill and want a very clean, well-appointed apartmemt this place is for you.

The place was great! Cozy and relaxing. We spent most of our time bouncing around the city but this place was a perfect home base!

The view from the windows is incredible. Even on overcast days, you see the ocean and the waves breaking on the beach. The apartment was immaculate. The kitchen is adequate for quick meals or one pot on a burner. The neighborhood is quiet. If you use public transportation a bus stop is only a couple of blocks away.

I needed a place to stay while my husband was in the hospital recovering from major spine surgery. I wanted some place quite so i could relax and unwind after being at the hospital all day. When you walk in you are greeted with the most breathtaking view. All windows face the water and on a clear day its amazing. The apartment is clean and inviting with all the amenities you need. My stay was over mothers day and our 7 kids pitched in and had flowers delivered. I contacted the host that they were outside and she gathered them, brought them inside and sent me a picture. I would 100% stay there again. Thanks for everything

I really enjoyed my stay here and would gladly book again if I had the chance to. Admittedly, I did not spend much time in the unit during the day as I was busy exploring the city, however, it was a cozy place to spend the night and the ocean views from the unit were amazing! The neighborhood was quiet and the check in directions were clear and easy to understand.

Great place

The apartment is comfortable, clean and since itbis on a hill, has an exceptional view to the sea overlooking the whole lowland neighborhood . It takes about 10-18 mins in our rental car to get to any of the great restaurants and sights of SF, overall very convenient !

The place was nice, but we got there late at night and there was an interior door that was locked and there was no contact info provided so we just had to band on the door until someone opened it. There were also ants in the bathroom. Overall enjoyed the space, but those two things need attention.

This property has two separate amazing views of the pacific all times of day that will give you amazing mornings and breathtaking sunsets. The property is in a great area of the city close to so Many prominent areas like Golden Gate Park and the Sunset(which the property is located in) and Richmond districts. It’s within walking distance to a park with 360 views of this beautiful city. Ada is a great host and I will be returning for future stays.

Had a great time in this cozy neighborhood with an amazing view of the pacific. Easy check in, great communication with owner and perfect parking which is not easy to come by in the city. Close to plenty of food and things to do. Would definitely book again.

I had an easy, wonderful time. The unit is lovely and well-furnished. I needed a battery for the thermostat and the manager responded instantly. I asked for extra blankets (didn't need them) and again, the manager was very helpful. I hope we can stay here again soon!

Property was clean great view but isolated. It is located in hills and my personal choice would be to have easier access to a neighbor.

I used to live in San Francisco, so did not need to be close to tourist areas. The property turned out to be perfect for my visit: great view, lovely neighborhood, charming and clean home. The apartment is the top floor of a home that may have later been divided. The decor is homey and cozy. I would suggest that if you do stay, you have a car because it would be a hike up the hill from public transit.

Spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean! Exceptionally clean. Could provide a few more options on the TV channels. Couch was thin and uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Attractive one bedroom with very comfortable bed, and extremely clean and well stocked. Parking in the driveway was a big plus. Manager was very helpful with any questions we had.

Great couple of nights. Took in a game at Oracle Psrk and this location was super convenient to public transportation. Also loved the local park walks. Appreciated nice decor touches and parking spot!

It's a beautiful view. The house is very clean and well kept. A home away from home. I loved that they had a standing fan. Blankets and pillows were lush and comfortable. I'll definitely book again when I come to the city.
