Summary:

Discover the enchanting retreat of Casita 3 at Vida Feliz Casitas!

*Now offering discounted cart rentals

Immerse yourself in a tropical haven located in the south end of Sayulita. Our collection of four casitas offers a tranquil escape just a brief stroll from the vibrant boutiques and eateries that define Sayulita's charm. Revel in the perfect balance—close enough to the town's energy yet tucked away for serenity. Casita 3 is your idyllic sanctuary to unwind and savor the essence of paradise.

The Space:

Discover comfort in each one-bedroom casita featuring a king-size bed, ensuite bath, and both indoor and outdoor showers. The separate living room offers additional sleeping space, while the spacious outdoor terrace invites you to dine at the table or unwind on the lounge chair. A fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker adds convenience. Thoughtfully adorned with locally sourced furnishings and decor, our casitas ensure a cozy and stylish retreat.

Guest Access:

You will have shared access to the pool area with lounge chairs.

The Neighborhood:

The casitas are located in a quiet and serene complex in the tranquil south end of town close to the jungle. This is an ideal spot in Sayulita because 7 min walk in one direction you quickly reach the downtown and the main beach, while a 7 min walk in the opposite direction, through the jungle, you reach a more private secluded beach called Playa de Los Muertos. The ideal location to have quick access to many great beaches and amenities in the area.

Getting Around:

There is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. If you do have a car during your stay there is free street parking in front of the property. Golf carts are easily rented and we have a parking port for golf carts with charging.

Other Things to Note:

DISCLAIMERS - We think it is important to communicate upfront the realities of coming to stay in a tropical part of Mexico. The below listed items could happen during your stay, although are usually very rare. Some are specific to our Casitas while others are more general for this part of Mexico.

- To get to the casitas from town you must walk up a hill which is at a 40 degree incline and is 60m long.

- The address listed on airbnb will not bring you to the correct location in maps. Please use the links provided in direct messages and direction details of the booking.

- The power could go out during your stay, when the power goes out we also loose water pressure.

- We could run out of water, if this happens we order more water as soon as possible to fill our tenacos.

- The internet could go out due to local issues with the Internet Service Provider. If internet is crucial for you we suggest bringing a hotpsot. (full internet outages are rare)

- We are not a hotel.

- The pools are not heated.

- The main pool is shared, the dunk pool in Casita 4 is private.

- The casitas do not have TVs.

- There may be mosquitos at night.

- You may encounter scorpions. (usually by leaving clothes or pillows on the floor for long periods)

- You may encounter ants inside the casita. (You could wake up one morning and find a trail of ants going through the kitchen for example)

- You may encounter lizards and geckoes inside or outside the casita.

- You could be awoken in the morning by the sound of a rooster call or dogs barking.

- You could hear construction noises as Sayulita has many new buildings going up.

- You will likely encounter stray dogs and cats.

- Mexico can be a very dusty place, dust can build up quickly.

- It's possible that a neighboring house has a party at night and could keep you awake.

We hope that providing these disclaimers will help our guests understand some of the issues they could face while staying in Sayulita. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

This little house and this small complex have everything you need. The pool is tiny, but it's lovely. The only thing is that if you don't like climbing hills, it'll be a bit difficult because it's cobblestone and you have to walk. A golf cart is ideal if you don't like walking. Tony, who is the person who takes care of you when you are at the resort, is excellent. Anything you ask him for, he immediately resolves it. Really, it's a nice place to be and very comfortable.

Delightful stay! Hosts were responsive, public areas kept very clean. Directions to property were good. Kitchen had everything we needed, and overall the property was clean and very well maintained. Its a bit of a hike up the hill but this also meant it was nice and quiet at night! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!

What a great little casita, which a private patio to hang out at night and a private pool. Great relaxation spot!

My partner and I stayed in Casita 1. It's separate from the other rooms with its own private patio area where we enjoyed some lovely evening meals. The property is located up a small but steep hill, so the area's a bit quieter while still a short walk to town. It was great sitting by the small pool when we didn't want to make the short walk to the beach (it's close to Playa de los Muertos and a slightly longer walk to the secluded Playa Carracitos). The caretaker Tony was very responsive the whole time and very kindly let us store our bags for a few hours after checkout. Note for sensitive sleepers that loud parties from neighbouring guest homes was still audible, but the casita's cement walls and bedroom ceiling fan muffled things almost entirely! I used earplugs a couple times to fall asleep and had no issues. Highly recommend this property for those seeking a calm getaway an easy distance from all that Sayulita has to offer!

Casita #1 was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Pros: -outdoor shower to wash off sand before coming inside. -close to los muertos beach, our favorite. -quick and easy communication with Tony! -water station with drinkable water. -small selection of books to read! -relatively quiet. Cons: -big hill to walk up and on the very south end of town so about 10min walk to plaza/resturants, not a big deal for us but I could see some not liking that. Overall pleased with our stay

Overall stay was excellent. A microwave would be helpful in the kitchen, otherwise, the kitchen is very adequate. Immaculately kept. Very quiet & calming away from the hustle and bustle of town. Would absolutely visit again.

The casita was as described!! Tony, the property manager, was helpful and friendly!! Jamie was responsive and easy to work with! There was construction next door which made laying out at the pool not as relaxing! For those who are older or traveling with little ones... there is hill to casita!! The casita was close to town but we still got a golf cart for convenience and exploring! We loved our stay and would stay here again!
