I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful and the space was very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Very cute apartment that was perfect for our stay. Super well appointed with the perfect little kitchenette to enjoy breakfast and coffee and any small simple meal. Priced very competitively compared to other places in the area. Poppi the puppy was very cute. Would totally recommend this place to others and would consider staying again.

The location was absolutely amazing! We could walk nearly anywhere in Boulder and all of the recommended hikes were amazing!

The apartment was perfect for our quick trip to Boulder. It was clean, well equipped and good location. Host was accommodating and quick to respond when we needed to adjust our dates. I highly recommend this property and if in town again would not hesitate to book.

I was visiting my daughter at CU and the location could not have been more convenient--just a mile from her house. The apartment is clean, fully-equipped, cozy, and has a great view to the Flatirons. Off-street parking was a bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I spent a week at Jen and Derek’s place in south Boulder while we visited our son who lives with his roommate a few blocks away. We enjoyed everything about the place…clean, spacious and charming. We got to meet Jen, who was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchenette which included a small hotel size refrigerator was not a problem for us as we only needed to make tea and coffee. We hope to stay here again when we come to Boulder in the future.

Really enjoyed the cute, clean and well set up studio. Jennifer was a great communicator and flexible. Would recommend!

Apartment was just perfect for my husband and I who visited son at university of Colorado Boulder.

Very nice studio with a compact but well thought out kitchen with lots of amenities. My husband and I were quite comfortable with the space and uniqueness. The neighborhood was pretty - lots of well kept houses. And very close to a bus stop for a quick ride to Pearl St.

The Lab was just as advertised and perfect for a couple. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. There was total privacy but we felt comfortable reaching out to the hosts with questions. I definitely recommend.

Lovely stay at environmentally “green” Lab House in quiet neighborhood with views of Flatirons out the window near everything, only 6 mins from Chautauqua (drive) / 40 min (hike). Well appointed with everything I needed efficient use space = Zen meets Scandinavian design. High quality natural bathing products and chocolate treats to greet me upon arrival. Lovely stay!

Traveled from MN for the NDSU Bison v CU Buffaloes football opener. We enjoyed a fantastic 3 night stay at this well appointed gem that was close enough to walk to CU’s Folsom Field, and was an easy drive to Pearl St shops/ restaurants and local hiking trails. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to Boulder!

I booked this property in a rush without reading some of the details. I was a bit taken back at first when I realized that there was neither a full-sized fridge nor a dishwasher. On the second day, I realized that there was no washer/dryer in the unit either. But high ceilings, gorgeous concrete floor, and the nicely designed bathroom made me forget all those things that make traveling a bit more easier perhaps. In a way, it was surprising how I adapted to what was there and made the best of it. Also, the kitchenette is surprisingly appliance rich - kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender. The unit has tons of windows that provide a cooling air circulation at night for a comfortable sleep. I really enjoyed being in a small space with my daughter all the time, and reminded me, in fact, how little space we need to live. We were there to explore Boulder. We walked...A LOT. Once you figure out the shortcut into and out of the neighborhood, it has convenient access to UC Boulder campus and beyond. Lastly, the selection of books in the bookcase tell a story of who the owners are, and I enjoyed seeing the books, and leafed through some, that one does not usually see in a rental. I would definitely stay there again.

This rental was perfect for us. The neighborhood is great and is close to restaurants. We were able to walk to Folsom for our concert and it felt very safe. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming.

Comfortable, clean, cute yet spacious. Hosts very pleasant and accommodating. More than met expectations. Close to campus and hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My stay at the property was awesome! The property is located close to NIST, UC, and the shops. It is easy to access by public transport. It is spacious, super clean and has fully equipped cooking facilities. The hosts are super, very easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again, when I am back in Boulder.

We had a great stay at this property. My son had an athletic event in the area, and the apartment was perfect. We had a small grocery order delivered to the property, and the kitchen was equipped perfectly. Will stay here again next time we’re in town.
