The open concept Kitchen and Living Room are complete with high-end finishes and relaxing decor. The spacious Bedroom includes top-quality linens and an ocean view while the Ensuite Bathroom oozes spa-like vibes. Outside there’s a relaxation pool, lounge chairs, dining space with a mobile grill, outdoor shower, and lawn games. The property also provides two beach-cruiser bicycles to ride down to the beach in style. (Note: There is a separate and private home located on the property).

    We needed to escape the 120 degree heat in Palm Desert. Santa Barbara is showing some wear and tear but still worth visiting and very comfortable. I would characterize this place a charming little bungalow. There's an abundance of beautifully flowered gardens and landscape features including a nice, secluded back yard. Also of importance to us was the closeness to the beach bluffs on the north side (4 block walk) All the appliances including a washer and dryer are in the unit. The closeness of the parking on the driveway was appreciated. The owner lives in an adjacent house in case you need anything.

    Perfect for our stay in Santa Barbara, visiting our son who lives in Montecito. We rendezvoused downtown/oceanfront for busy days, and in the evenings for satisfying meals, often walking from the house. Returning home was like a retreat - private, quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable.

    We loved this property and the property manager. It’s the most perfectly sized apartment above the garage on a truly lovely property. The location was so convenient and the electric bikes were so fun to use to zip around. Great grocery and dining options nearby. Had we wanted to cook our own meal we could easily have done so with the fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and everything was just perfect. If we can sneak away again to Santa Barbara we definitely would want to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

    This was a very lucky find for a much needed break. Great location and great amenities. Nothing was too much for the owners as well.
