Bomonti Residence offers fully furnished 3+1, 2+1, and 1+1 apartments in a beautifully restored family-owned building. The 10 luxury apartments feature high ceilings, hardwood floors, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equippedkitchen, and cable TV.

On-site management and regular housekeeping are provided. Stylish and comfortable, each apartment offers all the comforts of home.

Ideal for short-term stays, Bomonti Residence operates under a licensed touristic rental permit.

The period building has all the charm of 30s and 40s Istanbul while maintaining a very high standard of comfort.

All the guests have the full use of the business center/library at the street level. Our library contains books about Turkey and Istanbul as well as many fiction and non-fiction works in English. The space offers meeting facilites, wifi access and wireless printer. The guests are also welcome to use the additional washer and dryer in the basement.

Our friendly building manager is on site during business hours. He will be delighted to help with any and all questions and assist in any way he can with transportation, airport and other transfers, reservations, local tours, guides, translation services etc.

Bomonti is an old neghborhood mostly known for the eponymous beer factory which is now a very hip and popular complex of upscale bars, restaurants, concert venues etc.

The area went though a transformation in the last decade and became very popular among the young, professional crowd. With them came the cafes, gyms, restaurants etc. However, the area still keeps its old charm with restored buildings form 30s and 40s, old fabric wholesalers, artisans such a s bookbinders, tailors and quiltmakers etc.

Bomonti Residence is only 300 meters form the metro station and two blocks away from a main street with many bus lines running along. The metro line runs through all the main business areas of the European side, namely Mecidiyeköy, Gayrettepe, Zincirlikuyu, Levent, Maslak, Taksim, Eminönü and Yenikapı for a hassle-free trip to meetings etc.

Taxis are abundant and can be taken on the main street 20 meters away from us.

Being at the edge of Bomonti, close to Osmanbey junction, getting to the upscale shopping areas of Nişantaşı, Maçka and Teşvikiye takes only a short walk of 10-12 minutes.

Banks, supermarkets, main public and private hospitals, movie theathers, exhibition center of Lutfi Kırdar and almost everything else you can think of is only a stone thow away. There are a few parking lots in the area for short term and long term parking.

Our on-site housekeeper will visit you daily to collect rubbish and do a quick tidying up. She will do a thorough cleaning and changing the linnen and towels twice a week. Additional cleaing is available at a charge.
