Best short-term rental we've ever experienced! Comfortable, clean, well stocked, and good location. I'd highly recommend it, and if we come to Columbus again, would definitely stay there again.

We could not be happier with The Flats!The place was immaculate, and decorated perfectly. The amenities were above expectations. The next time we visit Columbus we will be hoping that this unit is available.

A great location, wonderful space, parking options, and a serene and lovely decorating scheme. It had everything we needed, and nothing that we didn't.

This is such an awesome place to stay. It is Immaculately clean. The owners have thought of all the little things to make this property stand out above the rest. They have great communication as well. Definitely would stay again!

Great location, lovely apartment, host who was very quick to respond.

This space was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was big enough and the living space offered a game area for Sorry game, cards and for Ms PACMan. Liked that there wasn't a master bedroom. The separated laundry area was great. We got caught in a rainstorm and needed to dry our clothes. The coffee and creamers were a bonus as well as the popcorn gifts. We will stay here again when in the area.

The place was clean and felt very cozy. We loved the popcorn and the info book to find restaurants and coffee places nearby!

The Flats were wonderful accommodations! It was super clean, convenient, and the hosts thought of everything. The video game was a nice touch. And it was so nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was perfect for our stay for parents weekend! It was super clean, comfortable, quiet and close to campus. Easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy both on the street and behind the unit. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful! Very clean, comfortable beds (memory foam), great neighborhood and close to campus, walking distance to a fun area with quaint shops and a movie theater. One of the best places we’ve stayed over the years. Great communication with owners. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Flats was a home run from start to finish. The location is great, and parking and access to the unit were very easy. The unit itself has a very homey feel, with tasteful decorations and comfortable furnishings and bedding. It was very well equipped and well stocked with all the necessities. Thoughtful touches included an array of coffee options and snacks. David and Katie communicated quickly and effectively in every instance. We will definitely look to book the Flats again on return visits to Columbus.

Everything was just as it looked online, easy access, clean and well stocked with necessary items. Quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes from everything it seemed!

We were so pleased with this property. So clean, close to everything, safe, floors a bit creaky with who is upstairs, but no big deal at all. Love the free laundry, coffee, lighting in the place. Do not pass this place up.

My dog and I enjoyed the property and the neighborhood as well. The property was delightful as well.

Great option for super busy graduation weekend.

The property was spotless and very clean. The location was great for shopping, food, concerts, and more!

I was pleased to see so many people out waking in the neighborhood on arrival. Being from out of town (and unfamiliar with the area), it put my mind at ease, as we were traveling with children. So many restaurants nearby, very walkable. The duplex was very clean and had everything we needed. The check in/out instructions were clear and concise. Thanks for a great stay!

Stay was very comfortable. Property demonstrated great care by owners with thoughtful additions, such as water filter. coffee and nightlight. Having a garage available in the winter time was a great plus.

How wonderful it was to easily check into this apartment for the night. The place was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was near to coffee shops and restaurants and not too far from the venue where we attended the concert. David and Katie responded to our questions promptly and provided a lovely, calm, and secure experience for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent one night here during a college tour for our son, and it was 100% delightful. Squeaky clean, very comfortable, well-appointed, and super convenient. Would absolutely stay here again.

Apartment was lovely; very clean and well equipped. Great neighborhood. Convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and easy drive to downtown Columbus. We moved from Grandview 35 years ago and this felt like home.

Check in was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I ran into the owner while we were headed out he was working around the property he was very nice. I loved having the garage to park in and I love being able to do laundry. I would recommend this place.
