Stayed Jul 10, 2023We go on a family vacation every year and this was our first year going to Ocean City Maryland. By far out best vacation yet!! The house was in such a great location very spacious for my big family!! Yes there were a lot of steps but the view and location were worth every step!!

Stayed Oct 8, 2022Great location on the boardwalk. We had a wonderful time during our stay. There are lots of stairs to climb. 4 flights up to the penthouse. Also no internet or washer and dryer. Still very enjoyable and we would come back again.

Stayed Sep 7, 2022Host was generous and helpful with carrying our luggage to the 4th floor but that's where the positive experience stopped. It's hard to see how this place passes inspection. We could not use balconies or steps to the beach and were told they were a fire escape only and not otherwise safe. Smelled like mold which could be seen in one of the bathroom floors. Sagging drop ceilings, filthy air vents, dirty laundry in one of the bedroom closets and a floor in another that felt like it was going to fall through. Outdated electrical outlets with no 3 prong in the kitchen.

Stayed Sep 10, 2022We enjoyed having such close proximity to the ocean and the owner was very responsive to our requests. However, had we known that there was no elevator for a 4 story walk-up or wifi, we would not have made the reservation. None of this was clear through the description provided by Vrbo.
