    Apartment was clean and spacious with lots of useful equipment including an air fryer but no parasol for the balcony - we went out and purchased one as there is little shade out there during the day. Also disappointed with the managing agents who left just one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, only one pillow per person covered with a pillowcase and no shampoo or shower gel, no kitchen roll, only 2 bin liners- seemed very tight given the price of the apartment Would we stay there again, possibly not because there are no restaurants or bars to walk to from the apartment (actually one very run down Chiringuito over the main dual carriageway). There are plenty around if you are happy to drive everywhere. It would also benefit from a BBQ which we will look for in our next apartment.

    It was so clean and new will be back , thank you for telling us about it we have stayed with Duquesa estates over 20 times this was definitely top drawer , thank you for the late check out really appreciated,B

    We had a lovely stay in the penthouse apartment, which is facing an easterly direction, so in winter months no sunshine on the terrace after 3 pm. The apartment is very big (huge master bedroom) and can easily be used for longer stays. The location of the apartment is a bit tricky as you can't reach the seaside on foot without crossing a 4-lane road that has no crosswalks, so a nice stroll in the evening or taking the kids to the beach (pebble beach, no sand) is not so straight forward. You really need a car to get anywhere. A huge bonus were the English tv-channels.

    The apartment itself is first class and the sea views excellent The location is poor in that you have to cross the busy A7 road to walk to the two restaurants which are nearby. Also there were huge amounts of uncollected rubbish which had been deposited outside of and adjacent to the designated bins.I have a picture of this and it would not be something you would expect to see when looking out of the apartment

    This is a beautiful apartment located just above the A7 in Manilva. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean and surrounding area. The grounds are lovely. Everything that you need is included in the rooms. It was nice to get some English channels while there. Containers for the recycle items.

    Appartment is excellent. Indoor pool and sauna were not operational allthough advertised on your pages. This was one of the reasons we booked that appartment.

    Beautiful clean modern apartment close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and complex was very quiet. A few issues with the keys not working and one missing would be handy to have an out of hours number for emergencies
