Stayed May 24, 2025We were in WV for a wedding, and this was a perfect spot for that. Great location to walk around town. Kagan gave great instructions, and parking was easy. We had no issue during our stay and would be glad to stay again next time in WV.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Quaint, safe, clean and affordable. Getting tired of the prices in Oxford, check this hidden gym out. Nice courtyard overlook, coffee shop below and 25 minutes to Oxford.

Stayed Apr 3, 2024We had business in the area and booked this cute place. It was impeccably clean, quirky and located above a wonderful coffee shop. We enjoyed our private balcony overlooking the coffeehouse courtyard. One evening we were even entertained with a live performance of music from a local group. And, being from Seattle we enjoyed the smells of freshly ground coffee each morning at 6 am when the coffee shop opened.

Stayed Oct 8, 2021The Blu Buck Mercantile Hotel, Courtyard Room proved to be the perfect home base for my husband and I as we visited our son in Oxford. It was close enough to all the activities of a University of Mississippi college football weekend but far enough away from the hustle and bustle when we were ready to wind down. Our apartment was perfect for us, having everything we needed for our weekend and then some. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and accessible if need be. We had time to eat at a few great places within easy walking distance such as the BTC Grocery and the Crawdad Hole…enjoyed both! The atmosphere of the area is friendly and inviting. We will definitely stay here again.
