Stayed Jun 10, 2021We truly enjoyed our stay at the Big Ben Luxury Apartment. Spacious rooms, beautiful balcony, large covered patio, updated bathroom, beautiful kitchen. All lovely! Just wish owner would have left instructions for tricky air conditioner. To their credit they did send someone twice in our stay to help us with it but instructions upon arrival would have been helpful as we didn’t use the AC for half of our two week trip. Anyways I would definitely recommend this apartment as it was ideal with a brilliant location, and felt like home away from home!
