Stayed May 21, 2025After clear instructions on how to easily navigate the journey from the station to the apartment we were met at the door of this amazing location.We were shown through the apartment to be amazed by the size and excellent appointment. Modern, clean but still authentic.Our final amazement occurred when we were shown the balcony overlooking the lagoon. After a short walk to the local supermarket we were enjoying Prosecco and cheese trying to resist taking one more photo.

Stayed May 25, 2024This is a wonderful place - so convenient for the Bienalle and then for everything else in Venice. The outdoor terrace gives marvelous views and is perfect for breakfast and people watching. Everything needed is easily found in the neighborhood. The host provides superb information.

Stayed Oct 30, 2023The apartment is beautiful and well placed for cafes, bars and restaurants as well as stores to buy food. The road is lively at nighttime. The terrace was lovely to sit on and admire the beautiful views. It is a 10 minute walk from San Marco and a few minutes away from the water taxi. Patrizia was excellent in communicating and giving directions. She met us outside the apartment and ensured we were settled in. Would recommend.
