Best location in Nashville! In the Heart of Broadway!

WOW. What an incredible spot! Truly blown away at this amazing accommodation in Nashville! Had a group of 14 girls stay here for a bachelorette trip and the location is EVERYTHING!! Right in the heart of all the action on Broadway, and having the living room windows look out onto Broadway was truly a treat for some awesome people watching! The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and easy to access (I was nervous / curious about how we would access since it is above a bar, but all was EASY). The only complaint from someone in my group was about the noise level, however, this is a known “hazard” of the location being above a bar right on Broadway. We got her a pair of earplugs for at night and she was fine! Overall VERY impressed and grateful to have stayed here and Sheri was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

Best location you can find on broadway

Phenomenal location right in the heart of broadway. Our group loved how easy it was to access. The staff was excellent as well.

The location of this place can not be beat. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds witha nice living room with a big tv. Shower was huge and a nice touch. This place was perfect for our stay.

This was a perfect location for our large group. If you are into the Nashville nightlife then this is the place for you. I would not recommend it if you have little children. But for our group this was perfect! Great accessibility to everything downtown.

Wow! What a location!!! Right in the middle of Broadway. Easily fit our 11 guys on our yearly guys trip. Property was clean, and had everything we needed!! Easy check in, check out. Attentive host. Everything was perfect.

I knew the property was above a bar and some other reviewers had mentioned it was a bit noisy but it was very noisy. All night. The apartment is right above the dj floor and you hear the music until 3 am and then you hear the staff cleaning up. Also, the apartment only has windows at the very front of the property and none of the rooms really have full walls. It definitely feels like this was not supposed to be an apartment. Some of the furniture had a musty smell to it. Location is great if you are there for Broadway.

The loft was in the middle of Broadway at a pristine location. The check-in process was great, and the property was super clean when we arrived. We could not have asked for a better location. Communication with the property manager was great. I would absolutely stay there again

The location of this place is incredible. We had a group coming from all over the country. Outside of ubering to and from the airport, we didn’t need to Uber at all. Place is very spacious and access to the elevator is very easy. Only negative thing we really experienced was the loud. A few guys went in early Saturday night because of morning flights and had trouble sleeping because of the sound. However, loud noise is specifically mentioned in the VRBO listing and this really wasn’t a huge deal. Just something I thought people should be aware of!
