Best Downtown Getaway 4 blocks from main street food bars and shopping

Wonderful property with everything we needed for a fun weekend in GJ. Very Clean and modern space with a well appointed kitchen. Not often do you find a thoughtfully put together kitchen in a property. Location was perfect to stroll downtown and take in the shops and restaurants. Easy walk to mainstreet center. Our son goes to mesa so, we will definately stay again for visits.

This place is absolutely PERFECT! It’s a great location that is a short walk to Main Street and a quick drive to all the beauty of the area. The patio is wonderful and it has a shade if you need it. They provide everything you could possibly need and much more. Kitchen is well taken care of and there is laundry and bike storage if you need it. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed on Vrbo.

More than we expected! Lots of treats!

Loved the extra special touches this VrBo offered. The surprise local treat with notes was the first big plus! The charging cables on bedroom and living room tables was the second plus! The muffin mix basket was the third plus! The whole space was comfortable and nicely decorated - except the picture in the bathroom. Loved staying with you!

The host was incredible. Hand-written letter, plenty of snacks, excellent coffee, and a prime location. Definitely will be looking for this property next time I book a stay in GJ!!!

Perfect spot to stay in Grand Junction! Couples blocks from downtown house was very clean and had essentials stocked. Host was very good at communicating. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

This is probably the most thoughtfully put together place I’ve stayed in! A really nice place, close to everything, and stocked with everything you could possibly need as a traveler. I will definitely stay again!

Our trip did not disappoint! You should feel pampered on vacation and we did! So many special touches makes Tom’s place a perfect retreat. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need including spices and anything ends you need to cook including a private outside porch with grill. The local candies were amazing. Lots of coffee options so if you have a short stay, there is no need to run to the grocery store. Baskets of snacks and supplies to make muffins were so helpful to avoid the hangry feeling when you arrive. We brought bikes and we always worry about where we will put them. Their storage under the apartment with deadlock and key made it really easy to travel with bikes. The neighborhood is very quiet and bed was comfy. So close to downtown as well. We are in GJ often to visit out CMU student. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Tom responded immediately the one time we needed something. The apt was perfect, quiet and had everything we needed and more! We will defintely stay here again when in the area.

This is a wonderful property. The host makes it clear that he wants his guests to have a memorable experience. Every details has been considered. This property is excellent for a couple or very small group. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, close enough to downtown that you can walk and grab a scooter. Private. No complaints whatsoever :)

I was surprised that any place could have that many 10 star ratings. After staying there, I would have given it more stars if that would have been possible. It was the best! We never moved our car during the stay because we could walk to everything. It was clean and the bed was great.

This was one of the best places we have stayed with vrbo. The extra amenities were great. We appreciated the snacks, coffee, water and muffins.We loved being able to walk to downtown restaurants. We would highly recommend this location.

Fantastic in every way. Perfectly sized for two, fantastic location near downtown. All the amenities you could want. Cannot think of a single thing we could suggest to change, already perfect.

The area is beautiful- spent (4) nights in Ridgeway. Enjoyed the surrounding area. Saved best for last. Enjoyed CO Monument, Grand Mesa, wineries and walked to main street ( great location to downtown . Our host- Tom was awesome- 5 star VRBO- thanks for sharing - Tammy

This property is new and clean. Tom thought of every possible amenity and supply/toiletry. Super close and convenient to everything in GJ yet quaint. The bed was comfortable and we slept well after hiking at the CO National Monument. Thanks Tom for a wonderful, seamless stay!

This was by far the best Vrbo experience my husband and I have had. When we first walked in we were excited the air conditioning was running and house was comfortable all weekend, considering the high 90 temperature. The place was clean and had a nicely stocked and appeared newly finished and decorated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The welcome note and local box of candy was a super nice touch, along with the muffin mix and muffin pans ready to bake Tom was very responsive and the posting is on point. Location was perfect - close to downtown. We will definitely like to stay again if available for our next travel sports trip for our grandkids!!!PS the notes on the appliances and throughout were very helpful and made it easy to enjoy all the amenities.

The property is exactly as described and pictured. Close to downtown, easy walk to restaurants. The bed was so comfortable and the cool air conditioning was great to come back to when it was hot outside. This is the most equipped rental I’ve ever stayed at. Tom, the owner has thought of everything and some extras! We will be back.

This is a cozy and comfortable place, ideal for a couple. A quiet location that is a short walk from downtown Grand Junction. The place is very well-appointed and equipped.I have never seen another VRBO that is so guest-focused in term of the amenities the owner has made available for the guest(s).

This cute, updated apartment had everything we needed. We walked downtown several times for shopping and happy hour. Amenities were thoughtful, including a welcome note with chocolates!

Excellent stay! The apartment exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious, perfect location close to parks and downtown. Lots of wonderful and thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made my stay even better! Quiet, the grill on the private deck was awesome. Definitely a 5 star property and host Tom.

Absolutely fantastic property and Tom was an outstanding host. Everything was so simple and easy including check-in that I had no issues at all. I could focus on my tattoo sessions at the nearby studio without worrying about my accommodations in the slightest. Tom had thought of anything and the place was immaculate. If you’re looking for a high quality stay at a reasonable price, then look no further. I’ll be sure to book again whenever I’m in Grand Junction.

We came back for a few days for a second house hunting trip to the area. This is a cozy place for a couple to stay. Easy walk to many good eating places as well as the church. Will likely return when in the area.

Tom’s attention detail and responsive communication made my stay perfect. His place is well furnished with lots of little added details that took it above and beyond just a place to stay while I was in town to making it feel as comfortable as being at home. I have no reason to even consider staying anywhere else on my trips to Grand Junction.

For it's size and purposes, this is probably my favorite vrbo i've stayed in. Had that right at home feeling immediately upon entry. Clean, cozy, all the amenities - even stuff for cocktails and I was particularly stoked that there was an apple slicer cuz I decided to pack mine (with apples), which got taken away at airport security. Bottled and filtered water, snacks, coffee/tea, anything you need right away without having to go the store first. Every little detail was thoughtfully and intentionally done by the wonderful, communicative, and friendly host. Perfect location walking distance to downtown. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and without a doubt will stay here again next time I visit.

This property is too cute! Although this unit is situated over the garage and outside temps were in the 20's we stayed warm and cozy. The area is in between CMU and a few blocks (walking distance) from downtown GJ. Tom, the host, has thought of everything. Definitely, recommend staying here. Tom, you rock!

I cannot say enough about our stay at this property! My husband and I had such a great time. The location was perfect, so close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Rockslide Brewery and Dream Cafe were definitely favorites! The property was immaculate and the communication with the owner was great. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Junction!

Great location, dedicated parking, easy access. It’s a central location to get anywhere in the valley. The best part is I can be on the trail in the Monument in less than 15 minutes

Beautiful space with literally everything you could need. Tom adds fun extras as a welcome, too. I won’t spoil the surprise. The bed and linens were super comfortable! The private parking was a great bonus. The only caution we share is that the electronic locks on the gate and door are very finicky so be patient as you may have to enter and reenter the codes to get them to open. We would 110% stay here again without any hesitation!

The property was very well laid out and very spacious. It was very well decorated. The property was very clean. Tom thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed, there was a setup for drinks, coffees and a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There was also a snack supply.
