Stayed Jul 31, 2021The place was not too bad but the sleeper sofa practically ruined the whole vacation. It’s so incredibly loud even when our kids moved a little bit on it that it woke up the whole family multiple times throughout the night. Also, a standard large suitcase does not fit up the spiral stairs. For some weird reason our phones did not work in this place which was frustrating at times. Plus. there is no WiFi which is kind of expected in 2021 rentals. There were no sheets or blankets for the sleeper sofa so you have to ask when you check in. The place is just a bit worn down overall (scuff marks/rust) in many places. It’s not a horrible place, but not great. They definitely need a new sleeper sofa. The boogie boards were broken but the 2 adult bikes were in good shape.

Stayed Jul 6, 2021Cute place but could use some simple fixes including more comfortable furniture and a comfortable outdoor chair for reading. (P.S. Please add a swiffer and a swiffer wet jet to clean all the sand that gets tracked in)

Stayed Mar 31, 2021We have been coming to Rosemary for a decade plus. It is not the same. Overcrowded and overpriced. Multiple broken things in carriage house, stove broken, washing machine went out, toilet kept clogging, smelled of sewage. Entire place worn out and dirty. I guess no reviews means all bad reviews have been taken down.
