Belvedere apartment a few steps from the sea

Clean and centrally located apartment. Breathtaking view over Mondello. Dario was always helpful and friendly! We had a wonderful time here!

The property is quite basic but has most things that are needed to cook etc and the owner is very obliging and immediately supplied what we requested. It is kept very clean and towels and bedding etc are changed much more frequently than any other place we have stayed of this kind. The area is absolutely superb. A vast expanse of beautiful beach surrounded by mountains. Gorgeous to swim in. In easy reach of Palermo for other attractions.

The flat is in a very good location in the centre of Mondello. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the lighthouse at capo vello nature reserve every morning as it was incredibly hot while we were there. We swam off the rocks and snorkelled there too. ( we're not beach people,,). It was also easy to be able to get to Palermo by bus and by car to Erice and Corleone..These places were cooler being in the hills. There is no living room and if the weather was not suitable for the terrace you would have to lie on the bed to read.Thank goodness for the Aircon! small supermarket very close had everything we needed for self catering. Dario shared useful.info with us re shops/ restaurants etc.

Two blocks to the beach and such easy access to catch a bus into Palermo. It was great. Large outdoor space.

This place was awesome, great for a couple to stay. The view is amazing and close to everything. Dario and his mother were wonderful and very accommodating!

We had a lovely stay and the terrace views were amazing. Immaculate apartment, quiet building and street . The water front, beach, shops and places to eat just steps away. We absolutely loved our stay in the Belvedere apartment in Mondello. It was the perfect location for us. We walked one block to the beach, grocery store, all restaurants and bars. The bus station is very close as well so getting into Palermo is an easy 30 minutes away. The real treat was the huge balcony overlooking Mondello. Manifredi, Dario and their mother were all very helpful and through them we were able to arrange all transportation to and from the airport. We went to see a show in Palermo and they arranged a ride for us there as well. I highly recommend this wonderful location for your trip to Mondello. The only small issue for us was that wifi was only accessible in the bedroom and I had business to attend to. Otherwise this was a 5 star plus!

Nice house, great location.

The Belvedere apartment seems very recently refurbished and all rooms are well maintained and clean. It has a spacious, air conditioned bedroom with a large bed, a very nice bathroom and a very reasonably equipped kitchen. The Balcony is amazing as it provides a view of mountains, sea and the town of Mondello. Sylvia and her sons are very helpful with any questions that one might have - and even provided a cleaning of the apartment halfway through the stay. Additionally, the apartment is only a stone throw from great restaurants and the beach (where the €4 private beach sections can be recommended). If you are a couple looking for a get-away this is a very solid choice.
